beach box — Restaurant in Mogán

We went here after so many good reviews,& they are all correct, we had an egg & bacon sandwich for breakfast, bacon well done & egg so hot & runny when you cut the sandwich,(no photo) if we get to go again before we come home will post a photo. I have had no coffee out since being here as I like it really milky & weak,& that just doesn't happen, but i had the perfect latte made for me. We went today for a Sunday roast, 5/10/25,which we reserved a table for a couple of days ago, they do take a €10 deposit to ensure people turn up, which is not a problem, but do reserve assets very busy. The roast was excellent we had a beef & a chicken so we could try both, the roast potatoes were lovely & crispy, you can ask for extra gravy as well, it was € 14-15 each, the staff are lovely & friendly constantly running about, they are so busy, open 8am til 4pm, think they close one day a week if I remember rightly, hoping to get back for another egg & bacon sarnie,& fish & chips in the next 2 days before we go home, highly recommend this place for a visit. edit to add we got back for fish & chips, Tuesday lunchtime before we went home, was as lovely as i was hoping, the fish is cod, cooked beautifully. My wife and myself have had several meals in the Beach Box.It was recommended by a good friend of ours. The first visit was as though we were old customers. The Welcome the Banter and service was tremendous. Wendy,Liza and chef Michelle are what made a truly great experience. Fish and chips 🍟 and steak and kidney pie and baked potatoe were excellent. Very generous portions as were the drinks.Wendy sadly has left but Liza and Michelle are a great team .Royal Welcome every time we have been. It is a pity that it closes so early and also is closed Sunday and Monday. It would be ideal for evening meals so close to the beach.Michelle also made me an excellent omelette that is not on the menu. Nice little place for Yummy food. First visit I had BLT toastie with side salad was yummy, Mrs had a chicken wrap and chips. On the second visit, I ordered the same, but when it came to the table, I asked where the salad was as it was sold that way on the menu. Cook was happy and said, "You have it on your toastie. You don't need it on the plate. I only had BLT lettuce and tomato. I said, "Never mind, leave it. Mrs. had jacket potato with tuna mayo. Food is good, though, and recommended going. Sunday dinner looks amazing. The proper plate is full for €14... full English looks banging, too.......
