You Won’t Believe How Good This Tenderloin and Dorada Are

My wife and I stumbled upon this new restaurant that opened just three days ago, and we couldn’t believe our luck. We ordered the Tenderloin with Vegetables and Salad and the Fish of the Day which was Dorada, and of course some Pimienta de Padrons 10/10 again...we were in for a treat.

The tenderloin 9,5/10 was mouth-watering and melt-in-your-mouth, with a heavenly mushroom sauce 10/10 that made us lick our fingers. The vegetables were super fresh, crunchy and colorful, and the salad was crisp and zesty. The portion was generous enough, and the presentation was stunning.

The dorada 10/10 (according to my wife but 9/10 to me) was the cherry on top of the cake. It was fresh and moist, with a buttery and delicate flavor. The fish was grilled to perfection, and the skin was crunchy and tasty. My wifey loved it and recommended it to some couple sitting next to us when they didn't know what to decide! Oh yeah and back to Dorada... The dish came with a lemon wedge and some herbs, which gave it a burst of freshness and aroma plus local delicacy, Canary Potatoes.

The wines per glass were not the best, but they were good enough and budget-friendly. We tried both the red and the rose, and they went well with the food. The waiter was awesome, he was attentive and friendly, and he gave us some great tips. The atmosphere was cozy and chic, and the music was soothing and relaxing.

We had an amazing time at this restaurant, and we can’t wait to tell our friends about it. We highly recommend it to anyone who loves fresh and delicious food. We will definitely come back soon and see what other surprises they have in store. This is the best tenderloin and dorada in town,...

An excellent, cozy restaurant close to the harbor. I had the Fried Octopus with Potatoes and Sweet Spicy Sauce, though after eating I realized that I got no such sauce, but another one. All good, but you should get what the menu says. Excellent octopus with the right amount of spices - all I can say is that I would have liked a bit more potatoes and sauce to the amount of octopus I got (which was plenty to fill an athlete's stomach). When looking at the Calamares which others in my company ordered, I found it a bit boring, not really inspiring good taste. Don't get me wrong, they liked it, but I encourage the restaurant to find a personal twist to the classic deep-fried rings with french fries - make it more interesting! As for the restaurant itself, it was very cozy. It was small, not so many tables (and not so mamy customers when I ate there), and with plenty of decorations which all contributed to a nice feeling. The staff was very welcoming as well, and as a tourist it was a good sign that there was no barker, something that Swedes look upon as unserious business. Our waiter was most likely the owner and was very nice and spoke very good English. A bit too talkative maybe, but that's fine. Altogether the evening was a nice and very enjoyable one, without a heart-shattering price either. Definetely a thumbs up for anyone looking for...
