Awful experience: in short: 1) attitude, 2) “judge the book by the cover” , 3) improper punctuality, 4) lack of effort, 5) lack of professionalism). My wife and I waited 10 min after being told 1 min, the waiter exhibited attitude after my “Hi, do you have a table for 2?” replying rudely “give me a minute - I’ll let you know”. Then he left and another waitress approached us with a rude tone of voice saying “Can you take a picture for us?” which my wife politely agreed to, and after handing back the camera the waitress had the audacity to demand, “these don’t look good, take another one!”
Once my wife assisted the waitress yet again - after which I inquired “When are we to be seated?” as it’s been over 15 min of our wait. The waitress replied “2 min” and we weren’t seated after another 5 min.
In total, we waited 15 min, were used to assist the waitress in her “photo session with with the clientele”, and did get seated, though promised so by 2 waitresses.
Observations: all (100%) of the customers were caucasian, of German and Dutch descent dressed up” in business/professional attire, which if mandatory, should’ve been explicitly addressed, given we wore shorts and t-shirts. However, neither the waiter nor waitress addressed this notion, gave my wife and I “passive-aggressive” attitude, hence obtaining the worst-blatantly-unacceptable-negative review we’ve given to any restaurant.

Read moreWe were initially tempted by the staff who encouraged us to stop in, specifically mentioning the cocktails that looked rather appealing. Based on their persistence and the look of the drinks, my girlfriend and I promised to return later for a round. About an hour later, we kept our word and walked back in, asking if we could just have drinks. The host simply pointed to a table, and we obliged. That's when the "hospitality" ended. When we asked for the cocktail menu, the waiter responded with a dismissive "No No" and an utterly horrible look on his face. He then followed this up by slamming a food menu down on our table—the sheer arrogance and unwelcoming attitude were instantly off-putting. The message was loud and clear: if we weren't ordering food, we weren't welcome. We took the hint and immediately left. I don't care how good the food or the cocktails might be; the staff's rude and unprofessional behavior completely ruined the atmosphere. We felt like an inconvenience from the moment we sat down. We will never go back and strongly advise others to avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated...
