Foster's Hollywood — Restaurant in Murcia

The food was tasty. We had a half rib meal, chicken strip meal, and the veggie burger meal. No complaints with the food. The music is loud but very "tinny" sounding, so the sound system isnt great. The booth seats are all torn and peeling. The restaurant is dirty, there's food and garbage on the floor everywhere. The bathrooms are disgusting, again with garbage all over the floor. One female toilet had a turd floating, the other one had piss all over the toilet seat and onto the floor. There wasn't any hand soap. The men's toilet was just as disgusting. I worry how clean the kitchen is... We tried to use our first time 10% off code that the restaurant advertised but the waiter refused to let us use it and wouldn't explain why, even though we had the club number. Even though the food was good, I wouldn't...

I give 1 star because I can't give 0... this year I been in 3 Foster's (Outlet San Vicent del Raspeig, C.C. Gran Via Alicante & C.C. Condomina Murcia) All my experiences have been terrible. This time, the service was none existent, the ribs tarted like have been in the back of the fridge for 4 weeks and then reheated in the microwave where the BBQ sauce couldn't cover the bad taste of the meat, the 4 waiters looked miserable and I needed to flag them for a pepsi refill because they were just talking among themselves. Asked the bill and there was no interaction with the waiter neither a thank you or goodbye. This is not I remember Foster's from the past. I will never return to this restaurant...

Is this a stand-up comedy show? When we ordered something and the waiter had to change the whole order (You should change that It is annoying for the waiter and the customers) he was complaining all the time that he has to change It in a great number of times. Then, that guy (Aaron, I think he was) would argue those complains were a joke. He and his workmates (they all made those very disrespectful "jokes") created a huge uncomfortable experience. We spaniards treat eating as a social procedure and they ruined It. Never coming back to this...
