Avoid Max Gear – bad experience I had a terrible experience with Max Gear (through Fnac). They made all kinds of promises before the sale — fast replacement, good support, zero cost in case of issues. But after they received my camera, everything changed.
Suddenly, I was told the replacement would take months, and that a refund would be “easier.” That’s not what professionals need — I was left without my working equipment for an unknown period of time, which affected my business.
