My recent experience at Cotton Grill was a mixed bag. While it was my first time visiting this establishment, I've heard positive reviews from others who have dined here before. The service was generally good, although it did take a little longer than expected, which was understandable considering how crowded the restaurant was at the time.

One tip I would offer is to take a look at the menu before heading to Cotton Grill. Knowing what you want beforehand can help streamline the ordering process, especially during peak hours. While my companions and I don't usually order food from here, we found that the preparation time varied depending on how busy the restaurant was.

I believe it's crucial for Cotton Grill to ensure that their staff are well-informed and trained to provide seamless service to customers. This includes updating schedules on platforms like Google Maps and providing clear instructions for order pickups. While the food quality and speed of service have generally been commendable, consistency is key to maintaining a positive dining experience.

Despite the recent hiccup, I still recommend giving Cotton Grill a try, particularly during quieter times, for a taste of authentic American cuisine. However, improvements in communication and customer service are necessary to ensure a consistently positive experience for all patrons.

Less talk and more action is always appreciated when it comes to providing top-notch...

My husband and I went for lunch yesterday as a treat but to be left highly disappointed. My husband ordered a t bone steak 🥩 which was served in just 10 minutes raw with no seasoning and with very strange tasting roasted potatoes. The worst is yet to come! ... I ordered the Singapore noodles which I was excited for... the dish was served smelling a little off, the dish tasted like they had used gone off vegetables and meat with no seasoning and how they advertise with fresh ginger etc (what you would expect from a Singapore noodle dish). We explained to the server that the dish was not ok and he bought us another one, which had no flavour a pot noddle would be better ! My husband and I would never again come back to this restaurant. It is over priced, disgusting food with sticky tables and floors. Not a date...

Íbamos buscando sitios que aceptasen tarjeta de Tickets Restaurante y creo que es lo único bueno que tiene el sitio y os cuento mis motivos. Indicar que ha sido nuestra primera y última vez.

Carta: tremendamente abrumadora en cuanto a cantidad. Hamburguesas, burritos, tacos, pasta, arroces, costillas, bistecs, entrantes.... Excesiva cantidad de opciones. No hay menú del día.

Personal: Bastante personal atendiendo mesas pero poco serviciales. Pido un refresco de cola, me da igual cual y aun así me insisten en que le diga. Una sugerencia por parte de los camareros nunca viene mal. Otra camarera distinta nos ha tomado nota de la comida y siendo carnes con acompañamiento no ha sido capaz ni de preguntarnos sobre el punto de la carne, ni qué queríamos de acompañamiento.

Precio/comida: El precio nos ha chocado mucho. Ningún principal bajaba de los 10,95€ y la relación calidad precio no me parece equilibrada en absoluto. Sobre la comida, pedimos hamburguesa de pollo con patatas gritas y hamburguesa jalapeño también con patatas fritas ya que tampoco nos ofrecieron alternativas habiéndolas. El tiempo de espera ha sido de unos 15 minutos. De sabor... Nada destacable en absoluto excepto que la relación lechuga y tomate, era exagerada. Para más inri, pasadas unas dos horas hemos comenzado a tener acidez las dos personas que hemos ido y está confirmado que nos ha sentado fatal al estómago.

Precio por 2 bebidas y 2 hamburguesas: 28,95€. Este sitio no aporta nada gastronómicamente hablando además de ser Muy caro. El fallo ha sido nuestro por dejarnos llevar solo porque...
