Burger King — Restaurant in Palma

BEWARE OF ROBBERY!!

Apparently this is a high activity zone for robberies (according to the police officer we reported the incident to). Me and my boyfriend were stopped by two guys who wanted to sell chains / cocaine. We said no, tried running away, then they robbed us. Happened at 2AM with lots of people around the corner and walking past us. Calling emergency line was useless because they never came when they said they were "going" to.

There are shady people hanging just outside, trying to "sell" the same chains as the robbers. So be extremely cautious, and run on opposite direction if you ever see them.

Otherwise the food is mid. Ordered two combo meals, waited for 15 minutes when there were just two orders on the screen. The soda dispenser wasn't refilled so I got a coke zero with 90% water and 10% of the coke taste (even when I let them know about it, and they told me...

This is seriously the worst fast food place I've ever seen. Friday night, 1am, nobody cleans up, the place is completely waisted, only 1 of 5 order machines were working, only 1 cashier and 1 food runner on duty, both completely overstrained. The guy in charge for this mess has to got fired.

We seriously had to wait over 30min until we got our food - the chicken nuggets were completely cold and not edible.

Burger King's automatic answering machine will now say: "Thanks for visiting us! We work hard so that everything is to the liking of our customers and we are glad to know that it works.🙌 We hope to see you again soon!" - but the only senseful thing is that we do not see us soon - not until something changes in this "restaurant". I'm sure Burger King has never visited this...

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Worst fast food experience ever.

Ordering takes forever 5-10 minutes. When eventually ordered, meals are given to you in about 15-20 minutes. So your total waiting time would be around 20-30 minutes: MINIMUM!

Food that is grabbed lies around for hours. Nothing is fresh. Fries are soggy. No ice in soda machine. No sparkling in (warm) soda drinks.

The whole eating place is dirty. Nothing is clean really. Outside is a mess.

No air conditioning. The enviroment is very hot, sticky and bad for the health.

The staff really don’t care anymore. They never smile. Some employee smashed the ice cream machine. Drunk visitors are allowed to vomit the place.
