Was told I would get free shot if I came in. Was never told I’d only get a free shot if I bought something. No other club I’ve been to has been like this. Tried to walk off assuming I could - only to be grabbed by the security guard who was extremely aggressive and didn’t explain anything so I kept walking then he got even more aggressive toward me until I HAD TO FIGURE OUT that nothing was free and the promoter was lying. Disgusting customer service and won’t be surprised if that guard doesn’t get sacked in the future acting how he did. Would recommend to stay away from here. We were here almost every day! Every day we got great shisha and good tobacco recommendations from Rahoul. Our waitress Zara(Sara) was always friendly and fulfilled our every wish. At any time we were well looked after and you could tell that both served us with heart and soul. The shisha man Rahoul checked our pipe frequently and took good care of the coal and asked if everything was to our satisfaction. Music is top anyway! We come here every year from now on! The lamb that we ordered was delicious. Asked the waiter about the noodle soup in the appetizer section but he didn't know what that is.

A place for people to smoke shisha although we don't smoke so we stayed in a separate section, away from the smokers. I just wanted to eat Arabic food after getting bored with the overload kebab/pizza restaurants in Palma.
