Mega-Park — Restaurant in Palma

Last night, I went to Mega Park, and I can honestly say it was the worst experience of my life. While my friend and I were trying to enjoy ourselves, we were basically harassed by a waiter. Despite having already consumed a liter of alcohol, a staff member approached us and asked why we weren’t drinking. I explained that we had just finished our drinks and wanted to take a break, but the employee got angry and told us that if we didn’t drink immediately, he would throw us out within 20 minutes. I politely replied that we would go to the bar soon to get a drink, but he insisted we do it immediately or leave, and even physically pushed me on the shoulder. When my friend and I said we wanted to go to the bar, he wouldn’t let us go and forced us to order right there. Later, another waiter brought the drinks, but despite ordering a gin and tonic, they brought me a vodka lemon. I refused to accept it, but they made us pay for it anyway. In a place where I couldn’t see who prepared my drink, especially in an establishment where drug dealing both outside and inside seems normalized, I didn’t feel safe at all. I left the venue, leaving behind a drink I paid for but didn’t know what was in it. I have never experienced such low-quality service in my life, and if you’re not German, don’t even think about going to this place, as the prices are exorbitantly high, and the music is terrible. If I could review lower, I would.

First and foremost, this place is run by wanna be thugs. I simply walked up, pushing a scooter, with my dad, to ask about the place because it looked neat outside when a white shirt man wouldn't look me in the eye to answer and told me opposite of the question(s) to get rid of me. He then sic his black-shirt (african decent x 4) thugs when I responded about his attitude. The gate-guards (aka - bouncers) told me to get out of here, and when I drug my feet in protest to their attitude, they called the biggest and blackest guy in their squad of thugs. While I was walking away the biggest goon pursued me then proceeded to kick my legs and push me on my back in an attempt to have me vacate the property. When I questioned a local about reporting the incident, they immediately asked me if the perpetrator was black and then said there is nothing the police would do because they were foreigners.

Therefore, this is the only option at this point to help deal with wannabe gangsters that have exploited foreigners to serve as their muscle for thugish behavior. If this place rebuttals anything I have said here, they will be 100% lying and/or skewing the truth in an attempt to preserve profits. The only acceptable response from them would be the firing and removal of black-shirt foreigners from their services and the firing of the white-shirt "poqueto hefe" who aspires nothing more than to crack heads inside their...

I usually love megapark and come to it regularly.

Today was crazy though. One guy I don’t even know hit a Säule on the table which is definitely wrong.

One of these new security with the tactical wests came along and just hit him.

I told him he should calm down and „tranquilo“. This obviously triggered his ego because he hit me then in the belly and told me to go outside.

The Hit didn’t hurt so I just told him to calm down and that none of us mean any harm.

He hit me again and got two other guys and told me to leave.

I had to leave and one of the other security’s told me that he knew about the ego problems of the guys in the wests and I should just chill and wait 15min to come back again.

When I tried to go back in again, some black security guys hit me again and choked me. I mean I get that part because they got told random shit, but it’s still not smart to have security with ego problems.

It’s a stereotype on Palma, that megapark has the better atmosphere but the most random securitys. That’s not a good look.

I advise that you look into the new security with the wests. It’s not the first time that I hear about them having ego problems and using unnecessary violence.
