Burger King — Restaurant in Palma

Nobody is answering the machine to order.. after 10 minutes we walked up to the window and knocked. then the woman said she will take the order but again nobody answered the machine. So finally we drove up to the window and ordered. the woman attending asked what we wanted and as soon as we gave the first burger order she closed the window. 1 min later she asked if its with the menu ( with the wrong burger..) so in the end it took 10 minutes to tell her everything because she always got it wrong, closed the window, disappeared and came back again.. we paid and saw directly that the order was wrong again. keep in mind we ordered 5 things. 1 whopper, 1 long chicken, 6 chili bites and two cokes. she put 1 long vegetal and big fries…

so we waited for 20 minutes - i am not kidding and she brought the wrong order. we then asked to have the chili bites and she brought chicken fingers… finally we opened the window and asked if we could have somebody else.. the next woman then gave us chili bites ( to me she seemed...

Very bad experience with this fast food store. Rubbish everywhere around store. Long Queue front of order machines because half of them wasn't working. We make order around 45e! We spent another 25 minutes waiting for our order!!! Order missing 3 ice cream! After I asked staff if someone can make that ice cream for me they asked me for a receipt but they taken it from my few minutes ago when I collected my order. So it been done for them. I stated talk them about it but no any interest from them. After 5 minutes of taking one off staff member looked at my bank account in phone like proof of payment and 3 ice cream for use. Más de la mitad de las máquinas no funcionan para hacer los pedidos. El lugar está extremadamente sucio: ninguna mesa no solo limpia sino con las bandejas, envoltorios de pedidos de clientes anteriores, el suelo negro y pegajoso, todas las sillas esparcidas por el local y desordenadas,... Entiendo que tiene que ver con la educación de las personas que acuden al sitio para tirar los restos de sus consumiciones en la papelera pero estas también están llenas, tanto las del interior como del exterior. Todo el aparcamiento de Carrefour y aledaños está lleno de papeles, envoltorios, cartones, vasos de Burguer King pues el viento los esparce. ES TERRIBLEMENTE ASQUEROSO. A los baños ni se nos ocurrió ir, a la máquina de bebidas tampoco, pedimos agua embotellada. Los trabajadores hacen lo que pueden atendiendo los pedidos quizás sea falta de personal quizás sea falta de organización entre turnos: por ejemplo, dejar las máquinas con papel para que estén en uso, quizás el problema sea del propietario de contratar una persona solo para la limpieza o que en momentos de más afluencia un trabajador se dedique a recoger un poco las mesas. Las valoraciones de 4 y 5 estrellas son de personas a las que un trabajador regala helados o café para que pongan valoraciones positivas pues el encargado o un jefe les dice que tienen que mejorar en las valoraciones ya que tienen muchas negativas, la gran mayoría. El propietario entonces es consciente de que esta franquicia tiene un problema. Da muy mala imagen a toda la corporación de Burguer King y aunque sea un lugar de comida rápida que no barata ni saludable no dan ganas de ir, hay otras muchas...
