This bakery in the Fan Shopping Center has some of the best tasting baking I have had in Mallorca. It is also a popular place even though it is in a shopping mall. The place had a steady flow of people coming and going as well as a line up that moved pretty quickly considering the traffic. There was also tables to sit at inside the bakery and out in the open area of the mall that were always busy if one opened up be prepared to jump on it right away. I would definitely come back here in the future while in the area

What a treat! Horno Santo Cristo is a must-visit spot inside the Fan shopping center. I highly recommend their chocolate ensaïmadas and the cinnamon rolls—both were absolutely delicious and a perfect indulgence. While the service was a bit slow, the quality of the pastries more than made up for it. It's great that they have tables inside, so you can sit down and enjoy your treat with a coffee. Don't miss it!

St Cristo pastelería y confitería at the airport have an Ensaimada’s place just at the end of boarding final gate….I bought a little one for only 13€…it comes in a plastic bag inside…it should be an artisanal product but the experience was like eat air with soft bread, no tasty at all…don’t waste your money there….I’m not going to continue eating…included photo as evidence.

I was there in saturday lunch time, Santo Cristo del Fan, the food and price was good, I can't say wrong about that. But anyway my feelings at the place was really not good, cause i was a witness that an older woman (i think she is the boss) started talk very bad and rude with a young worker, when this woman was with a client (he started order in this time) and the worker face was very bad and i saw she had tears in her eyes. My opinion is very bad feeling be a witness, when a boss do that with a young worker front of everybody. I think this is not good solution. I never want go back again, this older woman was horrible and not nice person, not only with this worker, with the clients she...

We came here to get an ensaimada on our way to the PMI airport. The shop is on the ground level to the left of the Carrefour main entrance as you face the store. It is more than a bakery, it offers dine-in service for coffee, teas, pastries... It must be a decent place given the crowd in the store. We just bought an ensaimada with cabello de angel, a sweet and sour pumpkin jam. We were disappointed. It tasted like it was several days old. If you are in a rush, you can also buy it at the airport in the duty free area. Also if you are bringing it back as a gift, you may want to get it filled with cream or chocolate. To some cabello de angel is an acquired taste. In any case,...
