Taco Bell — Restaurant in Palma

Very disappointing – never again! We tried Taco Bell in Fan Mallorca for the first time and left really disappointed. We waited about 40 minutes for our order with no warning or apology – unacceptable for a fast-food place.

When the tacos finally arrived, they were almost cold and tiny. The taco was stuffed with cheap, watery lettuce and small amount of meat. It felt like they tried to fill it up with the salad – very tasteless and unappetizing. The food was such a joke – even for fast food standards, it felt like a rip-off.

The restaurant itself was dirty and messy: food leftovers everywhere, overflowing trash, and no clean tables. Only one person behind the counter, clearly overwhelmed. In short: chaotic, badly managed, overpriced and low-quality food. Definitely never...

Last time we have been to Taco Bell was almost 2 decades ago, in the US. To us it took them surprisingly long to spread over to Europe. The inside is very nice designed for a fast food restaurant. It was absolutely clean and perfectly air-conditioned. We, 5 guests, did enjoy Burritos, Crusty Wraps Supreme, Tacos with cheese and a kids menu. We ordered three times via the monitors in the restaurant and everything tasted delicous. The food portions could have been somewhat larger. Drinks with refill option are an absolute relief. no se cual será el problema de las empleadas que transladan sus problemas personales al trabajo dejándonos más de veinte minutos esperando por el pedido mientras salían todos los otros. entramos con nuestro cachorro cogido en brazos y nos dijeron que no podíamos entrarlo, lo entiendo y me retiro afuera dejando a mi amiga dentro esperando el pedido, pasan cinco minutos mas y sigue sin salir por lo cual le pido la hoja de reclamaciones y la encargada empieza a discreparme diciéndome que por qué iba a poner la hoja de reclamaciones, se sale de la barra y viene a la puerta a gritarme en la cara a lo que contesto que por favor me traiga la hoja de reclamaciones y deje de hacer un escándalo, después de mucho insistir nos da una hoja en blanco diciendo que no tenia hojas de reclamaciones y que lo apuntásemos allí en la hoja, como sinceramente lo que esta tía buscaba era un conflicto he cogido le he sacado una foto al escrito que hemos dejado y no se preocupe que me encargaré de llevarlo a consumo y poner la denuncia correspondiente. Desde aquí te invito a no trabajar mas cara al público si no te gusta, ya que claramente no tienes las capacidades de resolver un problema sin gritar o increpar a la gente. De...
