The worst hardrock experience ever. Restaurant was incredibly empty. my partner and i chose to sit inside. Things started off great, service was quick and polite, drinks arrived quickly, as did food. Half way through my food i noticed something off about the chicken sandwhich so i started picking through it, at first i couldn’t decide if it was the chicken itself or the bun. After picking at the chicken i soon realised it was pink, to which i questioned if it was the lighting until my partner shined a torch at it and it was most certainly pink. Without making a fuss we called over the waitress and told her about the issue, i myself even apologised for the inconvenience of having to send it back. The waitress was incredibly blunt and did not apologise. The meal was then taken away to the kitchen where i sat and watched about 4 members of staff leaning over my meal and picking at the chicken to see if it was pink. This felt incredibly degrading. The manager then approached me and asked “what do you think is wrong with the chicken?” though i had very clearly witnessed her leaning over my clearly pink chicken. After i told her it was not cooked properly, and again i was incredibly polite, she offered me the choice of a side, specifically cheese chips, to which i replied that i’d just have a bowl of chips. When the bill was brought over we saw that we were in fact charged for the meal, which i had barely eaten and so we asked for it to be removed and offered to pay for the chips i was given. The manager then said id eaten too much of the meal to take it off the bill, ignoring the fact that id been served mostly raw chicken. She said that i should have asked for my meal to be re made although this wasn’t given to me as an initial option. After i exclaimed that she was acting as though it was personally coming out of her pay and a lot of back and forth, she soon said that she would take it off the bill. After that the previously polite waitress became very cold and blunt, especially when she realised we were not going to be leaving a tip. This was also incredibly humiliating as my partner and i were oppressively polite in order to avoid any inconvenience. Safe to say we will not be returning, nor recommending it. Read moreTo be honest, I put my expectations high for this brand and maybe thatswhy I had disappointment... We spent our New Year's Eve last year there with my friends, about 15 people. The starters arrived, it was really nice, and then nothing. After a while we were asking about our main dishes, and it appeared they forgot about us. (We were the first table from the entrance, infront of the bar.) They wanted to serve our main dish at 23.45, when some of us send them back as we wanted to celebrate the midnight. So after midnight we got back the warmed up food when the DJ started to play, when everybody was partying we were still eating. But the crew who took care of us was really nice, they tried to compensate it as much as possible. Now, a month ago, we returned to have again a group dinner, about 20 people. First of all, even we called them on phone, the reservation has never been realized. Thank godness, there was enough place. The crew was not so friendly during the whole time, and they were a bit lost. My friend asked for a cheeseburger, that they forgot, she took what have left from the orders. Both time the food was not amazing.The starter is really nice (the mixed plate for 4 persons) and the dessert aswell (brownie). Read moreAs usual food is amazing, atmosphere is amazing. I've visited hard rock cafes all over Europe. Usually we have a great time. I visited Hard Rock Mallorca in 2018. Amady (big bushy hair guy) our waiter was not great however. In the 20 years I have visited hard rock I've never had such a bad service. The simple answer is he was rude. There was a language barrier however this hasn't been a problem anywhere else on the island. Amady did not have the patience for dealing with English customers when the language barrier was the problem, he even complained when having to cancel the order as he couldn't amend it. This was not done in a jokey manner and was awkward.
By desert he was slow to return to us (10-15 minutes after clearing plates away) We asked another waitress (Sonata) was very nice gave us menus, then came back and took our order 5 minutes later. Amadey then returned asking if we wanted desert. We thought we had swapped waiters. Very strange experience. I asked for the bill and he told me to take my time.... For this type of service I'm giving a fair 2 stars, with Sonata rescuing it from a 1.
The food however was as always superb, the Messi burger was great to try. Milkshake was lovely as always. 5 stars for food. The Atmosphere was great as always.
