RIVARENO GELATO — Local services in Palma

This employee just sold us an ice cream served in a unbaked cone (which I mentioned to her that was way too white , as in it’s absolutely raw) however I took the ice cream and after taking a bite of the ice cream cone 🍦 I couldn’t eat it since the waffle wasn’t baked. So I asked her to replace it, she throw it in the garbage (!!)😱. And refused by all means to replace the ice cream cone . She offered an empty cone , as if it wasn’t her fault it went all to the bin… my friend tried to explain to her that she suppose to put a bit of ice cream cause we paid for it and she put it In The bin ! But the girl was so rude and so unprofessional. She shouldn’t work in hospitality because she is rude and very unpleasant . We spent on this ice creams and felt really robbed by...

We stopped by with a group of friends to grab something sweet. I tried one of the dessert they had in fridges. Chose the pistachio flavour and didn’t regret it at all! While the cream and the pistachio part were pretty sweet, the cookies crust was less sweet and nicely counteracted the flavours and the texture. Liked it a lot! This may be the best gelato I have had anywhere… and I’m Sicilian so that’s saying a lot. I have been disappointed with the gelato in Mallorca for the most part but on my last night I walked by this place and gave it a try. They have some interesting flavors including ricotta fig which I had and it was delicious. I also had my standard flavor pistachio and it was so rich and creamy with pistachio flavor.
