We chose to visit Neo Cultural for dinner on what turned out to be a bustling and vibrant night. Despite the crowd, our experience was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible staff. The waiters were the epitome of professionalism and warmth, deeply attentive, remarkably patient with our questions, and genuinely kind throughout the entire evening.
The moment you step inside, the atmosphere is captivating. The decor is truly majestic, blending elegant design elements that create a sophisticated yet inviting ambiance. It’s clear that every detail has been carefully considered to enhance the dining experience.
Now, onto the food, which was an absolute delight from start to finish. The pizza arrived with a perfectly charred, thin crust that tasted wonderfully fresh and lovingly prepared. Our steak was cooked exactly to our request for well-done, achieving a difficult balance of being thoroughly cooked yet still juicy and full of flavour, a true testament to the skill of the kitchen. We rounded off our meal with a dessert that was equally lovely, providing a sweet and satisfying conclusion.
Our only regret is that we were too full to sample their cocktail menu, which we heard great things about from neighbouring tables. It simply gives us a perfect excuse to return!
Without a doubt, Neo Cultural is a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered. We wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable meal accompanied by impeccable service and a...

We returned to El Neo after an amazing experience last year, but this year was quite disappointing. Initially we were served quickly by a very lovely waiter, outside close to the bustling side street, which was great. We ordered two glasses of wine and the cheese croquettes which were served within 15 minutes of sitting down and were very good! However, after we had eaten our appetiser, the service became very slow and we almost felt forgotten about outside. I ordered the Iberian pork and rice (the meal I had the previous year and had loved) and my boyfriend ordered the lamb sandwich. I was served first and my boyfriend about 20 minutes later, which wasn’t good. Overall, the wine and starter were great, but we were disappointed in the slow service and poorer tasting food than the previous year. I’m not sure if the restaurant has changed management or chef, but unfortunately El Neo did not live up to our very high expectations from last year. I hope things do improve here, because it still remains as one of my favourite meals I’ve ever eaten,...
Read moreLoved it! Great vibe and energy to the place. A little awkward when we first arrived. We had a reservation and waited in the entryway by the reservation book but no one came. 5 mins later the bar maid greeted me from behind the bar. She was great. Super friendly. We had a Hummingbird and Grapefruit Julep cocktails - both really good - started at the bar and then taken to our table when we were ready. My wife and I had 5 tapas and desert - it was perfect. Add a glass of wine and the bill came to 137 euros (160 USD) - on the pricier side but well worth it. The tapas are beautifully presented and inventive. The highlights were the panko crusted shrimp, anchovy on toast, ostrich roast beef on Korean crisp and the carpaccio wrapped foie gras. Service was a little slow at times because they were really busy - the waiter was super sincere and admitted when he missed something like forgetting a wine order which he then comped. Great cocktails, ambience, energy, presentation and flavors....
