Horrible customer service!!! I wanted to purchase a bag displayed in the window. Instead of telling me it's the last one the sales rep went to get it out the window. I explained that I want a new bag as I'm don't want a bag thats been in the window for God knows how long. I then wanted to purchase oil for my difuaser. I took the bottle to the counter to buy, but I wanted to smell it before I purchase to make sure it was the right one as I live in the US. VERY RUDE SALES GIRL took the bottle and put it back saying she couldn't. Was it because I was a tourist or was it because I was black? SORRY NATURA, BAD SERVICE DOES NOT SELL IN ANY STORE OR ANY COUNTRY!!!! Way to many businesses that RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR ME TO SPEND MONEY WITH YOU. MANAGEMENT YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOU STAFF. Read moreWhat a disappointing store. Went in to buy a nice blanket. Found one and then ask them to wrap it and she handed me a bag. Even though there was wrapping paper right behind her. The woman had total attitude when I asked her to wrap it using wrapping paper it was a gift. For attitude Gru.
Then she started to wrap it with it looking really sloppy. Not folded properly. When I tried to move the blanket she copped even more attitude. If you don't want to wrap people stuff then don't have wrapping paper and offer the service.

When I showed them my bank balance proving that they did take money from me, instead of quickly apologising and giving my money back they spent AGES calling to the boss, calling to the bank, etc.. made us to waste a lot of time in our last day in palma!!!
