I have never experienced worst service in my life then I did at this place! It's a shame because the establishment is really beautiful. The staff lacks customer service. My friend and I went because we found it on trip advisor. The hours stated they closed at 1am on Sunday. We arrived at 12am. When we walked in there wasn't a hostes but a waiter who saw us and we asked if we could sit in one of the empty tables as there were many. He said yes but with an attitude & upset look. I asked to order a bottle of wine and he said no as there was no time since they were about to close. I then said but it's only 12 and you close at 1am. We can drink a bottle in an hour and he simple said no. We said fine and ordered one glass each. We then saw how he treated those that came in, he didn't allow anyone in the bar after us. Told them all they closed at 1am even those it was still 12. I'm not sure the owner is aware that they are turning away customers before the bar opens. It's a shame because the place is really nice but the treat people so bad. I personally own a hotel in NY and varios corporate housing apartments in different cities and would never treat a customer this way. The old mean waiter came at 12:30am with our check. I paid my part of the bill and told him to give us a few minutes cause my girlfriend still needed to pay her part. He said NO she needs to pay now its 12:30am and I need to go home. I then said but don't you close at 1am? He said exactly at 1am no one can be here we need to be gone by then. I told him that wasn't right. I mean shouldn't customers be allowed to stay till closing time? It's 12:30am, he then raised his voice at us and said we had to pay the bill now! In all my years of dining out and partying attending bars I have never had anyone made me feel as uncomfortable as I did tonight! So bad that we then asked t speak to the manager who turned out to be a young man who basically could care less of what we said. After our critic we walked outside only to have the nasty old mean waiter walk behind us curse at us and slam the door behind as we walked out. I have never been so Insulted in my life!!!!!!!!! For the record I will not stop until the reviews of this place go down. I expect an apology from the establishment! I will not allow this place to treat me this way! If the manager or owner is reading this then remember the two girls who asked to speak the management tonight. Anyway, beware people, lovely place!...

The rudest staff you have ever come across. Hola, serious. No smiles. Serve you. Then finished. Next person please. I decided to leave the bar and take photos like everyone else. To be shouted at by the rudest Male I have ever come across in a public establishment. Senora no photo. Stop. Embarrassed. I went back to my stool at the bar. My husband not impressed along with me. We decided to sit down at a table nestled by the front door. Comfortable and amazing view. We ordered another round of drinks. My Kir Royale. The waiter dropped the champagne on floor and my feet. Returned with another bottle. Left the spilled drink there. No apologies. I prior to leaving spoke to the rude waiter who shouted at me. A different story when I said. Why cant I take photo sir. When you can take 56 Euro of my money and your rude to me. He apologised and said you can take one Senora. I had taken several. Go see for yourself. Be prepared ...
Read moreThe location and decor of this bar may be gorgeous, but that’s where the positives end. Our entire experience was utterly destroyed by one incredibly rude waiter who clearly thinks he owns the place.
He had the audacity to shush our group simply for having a normal conversation — in a bar of all places. Since when is talking in a bar a problem? Service was painfully slow; nobody came to take our second order (so much for good business). Eventually, this same waiter returned — not to check on us — but to kick us out, declaring it was “time to go to the beach,” even though several of us hadn’t finished our drinks and it wasn’t even closing time. If I pay top dollar for a drink, I expect to be able to finish it!
And who is this miserable old man with glasses, anyway? A quick look at other reviews reveals this isn’t an isolated incident — there’s even a photo of him and countless people mentioning his terrible attitude. It’s astonishing that someone so unpleasant is still working here, which tells you all you need to know about the venue’s standards.
To add insult to injury, he was incredibly condescending to my mother, correcting her Spanish despite the fact that she’s a native speaker. Clearly, this guy’s ego is even bigger than his lack of manners. Evidently, decades at the job haven’t taught him the basics of hospitality.
This place coasts on its looks but completely ignores what really matters — good service and a welcoming atmosphere. Honestly, it’s a joke. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere. Would absolutely...
