Read moreI'm sorry to say, but it's not even close to a Japanese ramen. I've been to Japan many times, and even the cheapest place had a ramen that tasted 10x better than here. The ajitsuke tamago (soy soaked egg) looked and tasted as if was just defrosted (?!) and noodles and the broth tasted bland and had weird, lumpy consistency. On the plus side, the interiors are interesting and fun and the service is quick. Not sure why but pretty much all Japanese restaurants (there are few sushi place exceptions) in Palma are run by the Chinese....
Read moreThe ramen was truly delicious! Every dish we tried was a delight for the taste buds. (Only the egg in the ramen could be a bit softer.)
Unfortunately, we had to wait quite a while for our food, and the dishes were served one by one. It was a bit disappointing that some were already finished while others were still waiting for their meal.
However, the interior is an absolute dream – perfect for a cozy little Japanese restaurant! Any manga fan's heart will skip a beat...
