A hidden gem for vermouth lovers! I had the house vermouth, which was smooth, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. It paired beautifully with a plate of jamón ibérico and a tabla de quesos (selection of cheeses) that seemed curated specifically to enhance the flavors of the drink — a true match made in heaven.

The highlight of the evening, though, was the dessert: a vermouth cheesecake that absolutely blew me away. Creamy, rich, and with a subtle citric twist that elevated it to another level. A must-try if you’re visiting!

We found Vinito purely by chance but so glad we stopped by. Great little bar on the Plaza de la Drassna, just along from La Llotja on Palmas front. We had an amazing vermouth which they topped with a wonderful orange foam. Delicious!!. We stayed a lot longer than we had anticipated. It's only been open about 3 weeks, the guys who run it are very chatty and informative. They also sell a Mallorcan beer, Rosa Blanca, it is in Tescos but this is stronger and a fuller flavour. The food is not worth the price at all. The clams are not appetizing. They are straight out the tin box served cold on a plate with nuts. The bread with crushed tomato is not good and not traditional at all. The empanadas were tasty and I liked them but they weren’t that good to charge u 12€ for the 3.
