What a meal! I came here during the chaos of San Fermín, and despite how busy it was, the staff made the experience exceptional. Martha and Nerea were incredibly pleasant and welcoming who are genuinely kind and accommodating from the moment I walked in. The open, spotless kitchen caught my eye right away and you can literally see the fresh seafood going into the paella. Chef Andrés Conde made it personal. He prepared his chef’s choice paella, and I have to say… it’s the best I’ve had anywhere. Clean, precise, and bursting with fresh flavor. You can actually taste the quality. People from Valencia might even get jealous of this one! You can tell Chef Andrés is deeply passionate about his craft—there’s real love and care in every bite. Pro tip: ask for the chef’s choice paella (as long as you don’t have allergies). You won’t regret it. Highly recommend booking ahead. Getting a walk-in table during San Fermín was nearly impossible. But trust me, it’s worth the effort.

Simplemente… Exquisito. El restaurante no es muy grande pero nada más entrar ya sientes la magia. La decoración va acorde a lo que ofrecen en la carta. La bienvenida es muy agradable, el ambiente es … ideal como dice su propio nombre. Tienen a la vista la cocina con su producto fresco ¡como llama la atención!. Os dejo fotos para que podáis ver con vuestros propios ojos y os hagáis a la idea. Está todo al detalle, los sabores son riquísimos. Se nota la calidad del producto. Os recomiendo … todo. La ensalada de changurro era.. delicatessen. La croqueta ganadora era una bomba de sabor. La paella de carabineros… eran enormes y el besugo estaba muy jugoso . Al postre.. pedimos la torrija por golosos pero no llegábamos. Volveré pronto.

¡Una experiencia gastronómica inolvidable! Desde el momento en que entramos, el servicio fue excepcional. El personal fue atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a hacer nuestra visita especial. Las ostras estaban buenísimas , con mucho sabor y mucha carne , vamos tamaño XXL . luego el arroz con bogavante estaba espectacular . después nos pedimos tarta de queso y puedo Decir que ha sido la mejor tarta de queso que probado de los últimos años. Fuimos a tomar el aperitivo, queríamos probar la croqueta ganadora pero no estaba disponible hasta la semana que viene. Nos sentamos afuera ya que dentro sólo es restaurante que estaba completo. Nos ofrecieron una croqueta de gambas y puerro que aceptamos, pedimos un buñuelo de yema y trufa, un mosto y un blanco. La croqueta estaba buena, el buñuelo estaba prácticamente vacío, completamente frío y eso que pregunté a la camarera y me dijo que tuviera cuidado al partir xq podía explotar y que la hacen en freidora. Mientras estuvimos mirando la carta que nos resultó apetitosa, pero al pedir la.cuenta y ver el precio nos quedó claro que no volvemos. 8€ por un buñuelo hueco y frío no es de recibo. Y pagar en total 19,70 por ese aperitivo creo que es una barbaridad....
