What a meal! I came here during the chaos of San Fermín, and despite how busy it was, the staff made the experience exceptional. Martha and Nerea were incredibly pleasant and welcoming who are genuinely kind and accommodating from the moment I walked in.
The open, spotless kitchen caught my eye right away and you can literally see the fresh seafood going into the paella. Chef Andrés Conde made it personal. He prepared his chef’s choice paella, and I have to say… it’s the best I’ve had anywhere. Clean, precise, and bursting with fresh flavor. You can actually taste the quality. People from Valencia might even get jealous of this one!
You can tell Chef Andrés is deeply passionate about his craft—there’s real love and care in every bite. Pro tip: ask for the chef’s choice paella (as long as you don’t have allergies). You won’t regret it.
