GOSARIA PAMPLONA — Restaurant in Pamplona

Nice place but needs some work. Tasty tostada with great avocado but the cookies were a bit meh. The tasted too oily and sugary. Coffee was good Service was slightly confused and disorganized but overall friendly. This should improve over time. Reasonable prices Seating and decor an odd mix between classic Pamplona sterile/overdone minimal and an attempt at cozy (there is SOME wood used but mostly in the old, soulless Ikea way). My advice: Warmer/softer lighting, less white color everywhere, more wood and proper cushions, less direct contact with metal surfaces. The love-seats are a good idea but their uncovered metal arms really diminish the "welcome factor". More normal height tables for enjoying the savory dishes.

It has quite a bit of potential in a burgeoning brunch/cozy cafe scene in Pamplona but there is a lot of room for improvement. Will visit again in a few weeks to consider...

Visité Grosaria con la intención de disfrutar de un buen café y algo para comer, pero mi experiencia dejó mucho que desear, especialmente en lo que respecta al servicio.

Desde el momento en que llegué, la atención al cliente fue bastante deficiente. La camarera atendía sin interés y prácticamente dejaba caer las cosas en la mesa, lo que daba una sensación de descuido y poca profesionalidad. La atención es un factor clave en cualquier cafetería, y aquí claramente no fue una prioridad.

En cuanto a los productos, no hubo nada destacable. Ni malos ni especialmente buenos, simplemente regulares, sin nada que realmente valiera la pena recomendar o repetir. Cuando el servicio es tan flojo, al menos se espera que la comida compense, pero en este caso no fue así.

En general, Grosaria no es un lugar al que tenga intención de volver. Una mejor actitud del personal y una mayor dedicación a la calidad de sus productos harían una gran diferencia, pero por ahora, mi experiencia fue bastante...
