Guacimara — Restaurant in Puerto de la Cruz

Every morning, the breakfast was the same, with dry and tasteless food. To make matters worse, I even found bugs on the vegetables and took pictures as proof.

On my third night, I had an extremely frustrating experience in the canteen. While sitting at a table, an older lady next to me said something in German (which I didn’t understand), and shortly after, a staff member named Jose asked me to move!Very rude! Claiming that part of the canteen was not in use. However, the same lady was allowed to stay there, and I was given no explanation. Every time I got up to pick up more food—since it was a buffet—someone took my table. The waitress would clean it and seat someone else, which was beyond frustrating.

When it was time to pay, I asked Arianne why I was moved while the old lady was allowed to stay there. Their response? "She is a regular client and comes every year." But that’s not a valid reason to give someone a special table while treating other...

We eaten dinner in this buffet and the food looks much better then it taste , meat is dry fish as well dry and to salty , we eating breakfast in this buffet and it nice , but not dinner any more. Thy have restaurant in this hotel and food is very nice here , but check your bill at the end because they adding higher bills then you ordered for me happen twice once in this buffet and once in restaurant, but maybe just...
