We have literally just left this place, after being seated for 20 minutes we finally were able to order our food. After expressing that my girlfriend could not eat specific things due to allergies, they brought it out anyway. We were lucky to have noticed beforehand. They apologised and said they had brought the wrong food to the wrong table. We then waited another 30 minutes before they brought out another meal in which one was correct and one wrong. They then apologised again and said they had brought the wrong food to the wrong table (again). We were then left with one meal at the table, nobody wants to eat alone so I had to wait another 20 minutes before they brought out the wrong meal again. Clearly they were taking the piss. They then asked my girlfriend if she would mind eating the incorrect meal as they had given her meal to someone else. Clearly, if we wanted the meal offered we would have ordered it. Eventually we had to just up and leave, after an hour of waiting and 3 failed attempts of bringing us what we actually ordered. They offered to prepare fresh meals for us which they said would take approx 20 minutes, as you could guess.. We didn't have any more patience left in us, especially in the 30 degree heat beating down on us. It was appalling and unfortunate as this was our first time in Tenerife and our first restaurant to sit down in. I trust and hope that this kind of service isn't shared...
Read moreThe only thing worse than the pizza was the service - AVOID! Waitress came over and took our order of 2 vodka and mixers, garlic bread (I asked if they could add cheese) and 2 pepperoni pizzas. Garlic bread turned up before the drinks even arrived and was 2 tiny pieces of garlic bread without any cheese. The drinks finally arrived, I asked the waiter for a straw and he said yes then disappeared and never came back. One pizza arrived which was placed in front of my partner, 5 minutes went by and he’d eaten almost all of his pizza with still no sign of mine. Flagged the waitress over and asked where my pizza was, she brought me a plate. I said no we ordered 2x pizzas and she was very apologetic, however it still took a further 10 minutes for the pizza to arrive in which time we watched several other pizzas being brought out to other tables. During the additional wait, a different waitress tried to clear our table and offered us dessert of coffee, to which I tried to explain I still hadn’t even had my food yet. My pizza finally arrived which was big but was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had - the pepperoni tasted like aniseed and it was very dry so I ended up leaving most of it. Sadly the whole experience cost us €40 and no discount offered for the terrible service. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Would absolutely...
Read moreFirst let me say my German husband and I (I’m Canadian) have been going to mini golf for 10 years. Last evening I made a reservation and took a group of 10 friends and family visiting from Canada and Luxembourg there for dinner. We have never in any of our lives received such shoddy service. Our waiter Jose was downright aggressively rude. He took our orders and ran off while we were asking for bread. When he brought drinks I asked him again fro bread and he put his hand up to silence me and ran off again. 4 times I asked for bread. We did not receive it. The food was delivered by another waiter but of course we wanted sauces and condiments. We got them after our meals were half finished. My husband actually had to raise his vice (something he rarely does) to get another beer. We were treated very shabbily. We had two children who ordered kids meals. They were not offered their dessert and the dirty dishes were left on the table for 20 minutes at which time we gave up and went to pay. I was outraged so I tried to talk to Christine the manager. She just shrugged it off - couldn’t wait for us to leave. And there was another nasty incident with Jose as we were leaving which I won’t get into. Mini Golf has been totally ruined by this outrageous and shoddy treatment of me and of my...
