The ramen itself would be better if it was possible to season with soy sauce or lao gan ma at the table. The kimchi was very good eventhough it was a quick, almost not fermented version and the the gyoza were also good. What really bothered me, was the animal products when I ordered vegan. My green tea (just a teabag, sadly) came with honey. I ordered just the tea, it even gives both options on the menu to do so. And the vegan mochi (not authentic mochi, way too bitter) came with whipped cream. These incidents make me wonder what else hasn't been vegan and it's things like these that would be easily avoidable. The staff was very friendly and fast, so the two stars are because of them! I went to Ramen Shifu and had the Kimchi Pork Ramen. I picked level 1 spiciness (out of 5), and it was so good! The flavors were super well-balanced, and the bit of spice made it even better.

For starters, I had the Toriman Teriyaki and Chicken Wings. Both were really tasty! The toriman was full of flavor, and the wings were cooked just right.
