The best breakfast spot in Puerto de la Cruz. I ate breakfast here multiple times and every time the whole experience was just amazing. The food and coffee is really good and the service is just out of this world. I want to thank all the staff, and especially Anaylen and Estefi for all their great help and efforts. Even when I accidentally ordered something wrong they corrected it and made a whole new order for me. I often go to this place. 2 times a week recently. But the lady working there is not very responsible. 3 times in a row the spoons and utensils she served me were dirty. And one day i ordered the salmon bagel. The rucula/arugula was dirty, it has soil/mud. i asked her to replace it, she said no and she said it's not her fault because it comes in a package of vegetables and if it's dirty it's what it is. Esta es la primera vez que escribo una crítica a un local de comida. Pocas veces he encontrado un lugar tan excelente. El servicio es amable y profesional. La repostería es de La Casa del Panadero y qué calidad! Yo probé un canelé en París hace varios años y me pareció tan gomoso y seco que pensé que todos los canelé eran muy probablemente sobrestimados. Hasta que me arriesgué a probar un canelé en Señorita Canelita. Al otro lado de la vitrina me esperaban unos canelé gorditos y altos. Cuando los probé: un sueño. Son esponjosos y crujientes. Con notas de vainilla y una perfecta cubierta caramelizada. Son lo que un canelé debe ser. Y los eclair? No se por dónde empezar. Esponjosos, con mucho relleno y decorados con gran amor al detalle. Algunos tienen hasta flores! Los de pistacho son mis favoritos. Las cremas varían y por eso siempre puedes descubrir una nueva combinación: pistacho y mascarpone, pistacho y frambuesa por mencionar algunos. También probé los sándwiches de Bagel. Si piensas que no te gustan los Bagel porque son muy duros para un sándwich, tienes que probar estos. Probé uno de salmón y aguacate. El Bagel estaba fresco y suave y con mucho relleno de salmón, aguacate y lechuga. Una comida completa. También probé uno de sus panes para llevar. Suave y aromático con una cubierta crujiente y perfecta. Solo puedo cerrar con esto: si vas a Puerto de la Cruz tienes que comer en Señorita Canelita o en La Casa...
