Das Team war super nett & hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben zum Reisen als auch was Waschsalon etc anging. Wir waren übrigens total positiv überrascht, wie altersgemischt die Besucher waren. Das hat uns richtig gut gefallen & wir haben tolle Gespräche führen können.

Ansonsten mochten wir die moderne Einrichtung inkl. neuer Duschen (& teils großer Regendusche). Auch die Schlafkapsel (Doppelschlafkapsel für 2 Personen) war super gemütlich & durch die Kopfhörer konnten man sogar Filme schauen. Ein paar mehr Handtuchaufhängungen wären fantastisch, daran mangelte es noch ein wenig.

Zu den Betten: Wir sind in einem kleineren Raum untergekommen & hatten Glück, dass wir direkt gegenüber ein offenes Fenster hatten & so immer frische Luft. :)

Ansonsten würde ich mich freuen, wenn die Aushänge zu dem "kein Klopapier ins Klo, vor mir zu sehen sein würden (die Routine in Deutschland, es ins Klo zu werfen, gewinnt sonst) & vor allem mittels eines Symbols statt eines Zettels mit so vielen kleinen Sätzen drauf. Auch wäre es toll, wenn die Besucher beim Ankommen gebeten werden, die Küche & deren Inhalte vor Ort zu lassen statt zu entwenden & pflegsam damit umzugehen. Sonst sieht diese in 1 Jahr richtig runtergekommen aus.

The team was super nice & gave us great tips for traveling as well as for the laundromat etc.. By the way, we were very positively surprised how mixed the age of the visitors were. We really liked that & had great conversations.

Otherwise, we liked the modern facilities including new showers (& partly large rain shower). Also, the sleeping pod (double sleeping pod for 2 people) was super cozy & through the headphones you could even watch movies. A few more towel hangers would be fantastic, it was still a bit lacking.

About the beds: We stayed in a smaller room & were lucky to have an open window directly across from us so we always had fresh air. :)

Otherwise, I would be happy if the notices to the "no toilet paper in the toilet, would be seen in front of me (the routine in Germany to throw it in the toilet, otherwise wins) & especially by means of a symbol instead of a piece of paper with so many small sentences on it. Also it would be great if the visitors are asked when arriving to leave the kitchen & its contents on site instead of stealing & to handle it with care. Otherwise this will look really run down in 1 year.

El equipo fue súper amable y nos dio muy buenos consejos para viajar, así como para la lavandería, etc. Nos sorprendió muy positivamente lo mezclados que estaban los grupos de edad. Por cierto, nos sorprendió muy positivamente la mezcla de edades de los visitantes. Nos gustó mucho y tuvimos grandes conversaciones.

Aparte de eso, nos gustaron las modernas instalaciones, incluidas las nuevas duchas (algunas con grandes duchas de lluvia). La cápsula para dormir (cápsula doble para 2 personas) también era súper acogedora y hasta podías ver películas a través de los auriculares. Unos cuantos colgadores de toallas más serían fantásticos, todavía faltaba un poco.

Sobre las camas: Nos alojamos en una habitación más pequeña y tuvimos la suerte de tener una ventana abierta justo enfrente, por lo que siempre teníamos aire fresco. :)

Por lo demás, me alegraría que los avisos sobre el "no hay papel higiénico en el váter, estuvieran delante de mí (la rutina en Alemania de tirarlo al váter gana por goleada) y sobre todo por medio de un símbolo en lugar de un papel con tantas frasecitas. También sería estupendo que se pidiera a los visitantes, cuando lleguen, que dejen la cocina y su contenido en el lugar en lugar de robarla y que la manejen con cuidado. De lo contrario, se verá muy deteriorado en 1 año.

We booked a night here but left at midnight to sleep in our car. It was far more comfortable than this place.

The building is great and the bathrooms are clean but the capsules are made from cheap, flimsy plastic that looks amazing in photos but is not fit for purpose. The capsules get unbearably hot and it doesn't matter how quiet other guests are, it is constantly loud in this place. You will not be able to sleep or get comfortable.

The rooms are just standard hostel rooms with standard bunk beds, the thin plastic sheets separating the beds are just for decoration. There is no soundproofing or ventilation.

When we complained to staff about the heat, they didn't believe us and just shrugged their shoulders. When we told them we were checking out, the guy didn't say anything, he just stood up and went to check on our capsule to see if we destroyed anything. My guess is they get unhappy people leaving unexpectedly all the time.

This place is a gimmick, looks great for instagram photos, but not worth the price. You will pay the same price here for a bed in a dorm with 16 other people than you would for a private room in a regular hostel.

For this price ratio u won't find anything better. Pros: hostel is on a very good location.

1 room is with 16 capsules but u still have your privacy very well. Good staff they give u all the information u need. They are helpfull and friendly.

For a hostel it is very clean. Common areas getting cleaned oftenly.

The hostel share place with a restaurant with pretty decent prices and good food.

Cons: somedays the enviroment can be a bit loud. Its because it have a lot of bars and restaurants near to it. The badge system. If u decide to go late out just make sure that u have the card with u and dont lose itt. After 0.00 the staff is leaving. And if u lost the badge u wont be able to go into the hostel till a staff arrives.

Overall: i had very good experience this week while i was staying here. Originally wanted to stay for 3 days. But decided to stay for a week because perfect location/good hostel/amazing price ratio for the stay. I can bravely reccommend this hostel for anybody who is looking for a stay in puerto de la cruz no matter...
