Read moreDisappointing experience can sum it up. This restaurant is not cheap and makes you feel like you’re in a good one since the beginning. A lady sitting you up is very nice and it all looks like it’s going to be solid. It’s really not. Nobody really cares about your experience.
We had a lunch, ordered penne carbonara and cannelloni with ragú. The restaurant had around 4 tables but it still took them 45 minutes to prepare these dishes that take 15 mins at max.
I can see that chefs know the recipes, but they don’t really care. I saw them just talking and laughing in the kitchen while we were hungry for the lunch. Then the carbonara with burnt peppercorn comes and it made the whole carbonara very bitter. It was bad.
Cannelloni were not bad, but the portion was super small, and for 17€ it was a bit disappointing too.
The coffee? Jeez. The worst coffee I had in Spain. They admitted it’s made of capsule and didn’t understand why we don’t want that in five star resort’s Italian restaurant. What else should I say? We didn’t have to pay it, shall I add.
I also spoke to one of the waiters and called the manager who was looking from inside, he said “sure” but nobody came to our table anymore in next 40 minutes, which just sums up how this cash cow takes care of their customers. They know you’re a quest of the resort, you may be disappointed and you will never come back again since you’re not living there. So they just don’t care about you. The food is not that terrible but they don’t deserve...

After the completely unprofessional service and the refused 2 terrible main dish and the rubish pizza still had to pay very high bill and they did not say sorry did not fel asahamed nothing. No excuse for this. Do not eat here. Avoid from this place. The complet chaos and unprofessialism is well represented amd started by: we asked for table for 4 persons for Thursday. Entry in the reservation book was made for Tuesday. (They do not speak English even if it looks like the do.) We ordered nestea lemon (as on the bill) and received fanta limon, ordered local beer cruz campo bottled (as on the bill) received bottled Tropicana, and this was followed by the rubbish dishes and money grabby pushy waitress and the high bill had to pay after refusing the ugly food.
