A small but lovely Italian restaurant. The staff are helpful and the food is great, I would, however, suggest a few more vegetarian main courses. I had the Aubergine A La Parmigiana to start with which was lovely although I would have preferred it a little hotter as it was just warm, I then had Gorgonzola Gnocchi with walnuts which was very tasty but very rich. My partner had the marinaded Salmon in Orange and Aperol to start with and said it was very good, he then had the Gnocchi with Prawn and Scampi which he said was very tasty but a bit fiddly for him as they were huge whole prawns, legs and everything. I finished with Tiramisu, which was one of the best I've had. I also had one of the best white wines I've tasted, I don't like dry wine, so the waiter recommended this one. I've taken a photo. A great meal which cost just under €100 for 2 starters, 2 main courses, 1 dessert and 5 glasses of wine. Nb. For some reason I've not got pictures of the main courses.

Great Italian restaurant nr the end of the beach nr the nature reserve lagoon. Absolutely fabulous food, we both loved everything we had which was; we both had the Aubergine A La Parmigiana starter (€14 each) with home made bread and salt, black pepper & oil (€2.50), then I had the Tagliatelle with Mascarpone & cherry tomatoes with mushrooms instead of ham on a pumpkin sauce (€17) and my partner had Ravioli with Canarian cheese in an orange and walnut sauce (€18). We were too full for a dessert but I had a black coffee. We also had a glass white wine and 1/2 ltr Merlot and a small of bottle water with the whole bill coming to €90.50 without a service charge. We'll definitely be going back but I strongly suggest you book as we'd tried to get a table the night prior but it was full. It's a very busy place and not alot of tables.

I first dined here in November 2019 and was excited to return with friends. The place is a family run Italian and has a great and accessible menu with regular specials. I had the Aubergine Parmigiana which was just the cheesiest most delicious starter but very heavy and could easily be shared between two people…it was seriously one of the best things I’ve eaten! My friends ordered some menu items of the specials for starters and they were minimal in comparison and they all had food envy. My main was a beautifully cooked fillet steak with peppercorn sauce, potatoes and med veg…simple and delicious, just what I wanted to end our holiday. The service was attentive but could have been warmer, this place attracts a lot of regulars and is popular with Brits. It was a great meal, a lot of food and reasonably priced for the quality.

Was so excited to eat at this place considering the reviews , also wanted something different from what the hotel had to offer , being Italian I'm always scared to try Italian restaurant abroad , when we got sat by someone kind careless about welcoming customer I then found out immediately that our waiter along with the rest of the stuff was not very far from where I'm from in Italy ( Gravina ) so I immediately lost my worrying because I thought I was going to have an excellent meal , imagining a grandma cook or at least a great cook with great recipes in the kitchen , But unfortunately was not the case for anything we order , we started with an eggplant parmigiana which I generally never order but my friend insisted , it was heavy in condiments and completely cold in the middle the extra cheese on top didn't even melt which makes me think this are prepared cut portion stored in freezer or fridge ( old not fresh ) then we ordered tagliatelle with some sort of mushroom sauce but the pasta that is supposed to be freshly made , was super thick and hard to eat not super light like fresh pasta is supposed to be, also cold by the time it got to us ! We ended with a pizza with artichoke but we got probably a frozen pre-made pale with cheap mozzarella and also served cold we asked to have it extra cook but still didn't help , the wine selections are very bad we tried 3 selections but we assume poorly stored and sweet in taste The service of one of the waiters was super nice butt the rest was not great at all super disappointed by the whole experience and would not recommend this place to anyone .

To expensive for what is offered. We liked it but didn't love it. It was ok. We ordered as starter bruschetta and foie gras. Both have bread in the dish. After the order we got some really nice home made bread and good olive oil. We had a little taste of it but because we ordered starters with bread we left most of it. It was a shame because it tasted really nice. We would have appreciated if the waitress would have informed us in advance. As main we ordered pork cheeks with risotto and a suggestion black tagliatelli with fresh seefood. We got grilled pork shoulder with potato's and a little bit of warm vegetables. The friendly waitress wanted to return the dish but we didn't want to wait so we took the dish. They offered a koffee or grappa as appology which was nice. Meat was cooked well. Tagliatelle was also cooked wel but the sauce didn't make me happy. I missed a good broth as base of the sauce and the fish was overcooked. Conclusion: Service is friendly, food was ok but not great. Pictures on the site don t match the dishes we got. It didn t match our...
