We’ve read all the positive things from the place, but left with some mixed feelings. They said they don’t have menu for drinks, but after we said what we want Sangria they found one somewhere. They put some sauce and breadroll on the table before our main dish. As in all previous restaurants we got some free starters or apperitive we doesn’t thought it would be added to our bill… The food was delicious, however it was a bit expensive. Ristorante di qualità fuori dal giro turistico, vicino al centro città e frequentato dai locali. L'ambiente è delizioso, e il servizio è attentissimo e molto cortese. Non sono abituati ai turisti stranieri, ma italiani e spagnoli si capiscono e alla peggio c'è Google Lens. Il vino spagnolo è stato una bella scoperta, un vitigno Tempranillo che ben si è sposato con l'ottimo filetto, preparato con cura (cottura perfetta) partendo da ottime materie prime: ho apprezzato l'abbinamento con cipolla caramellata e formaggio locale (di capra) alla piastra. Buona anche la presentazione del piatto, peccato forse per la scelta delle patatine fritte di contorno che a mio avviso banalizzano il tutto. Interessante il dolce all'avocado, una sorta di cheesecake buona e armoniosa che al massimo peccava di semplicità. Il conto è stato assolutamente adeguato: 4 secondi, 1 dolce, pane (che si paga come un coperto), acqua e 3 buoni calici di vino 103€. Ci siamo alzati dal tavolo sazi e sorridenti.

Very nice restaurant, clean and spacious, and most importantly the food was very good. Clean toilets too, and good value. Plates are sometimes generous, but other times not so much so. Overall recommended. The jamón de Bellota was very good, and "Tosta de Foie" was particularly nice, although a bit cold last time. Staff is very friendly...
