Hot Ramen 168 — Restaurant in Segovia

I hate to give a bad review but this was my third try attempting to try Hot Ramen. The first two times, every item on the menu was frozen, nothing fresh and the ordering process was so slow & painful. Today I ordered via their QR system again and waited 30 minutes for someone to come tell me the order didn’t come through. During the 30 mins, my drink was not brought while the staff passed by multiple times. I wanted to give the ramen a chance but the service and complete loss of attention to the clients...

Don’t even think of eating here, the service is awful!! They totally mess up your order and bring dishes and drinks ordered by other tables, and then tell you you probably ordered wrong like ??? Miss, I know VERY well what I asked for, whe only have a single dish! They’ll prioritize big tables and leave you waiting almost an hour… I’m a professional on this sector for almost a decade and the lack of organization and politeness of the staff is outstanding. Me sabe mal escribir una reseña tan mala, pero peor fue mi experiencia así que me dedico a contar los hechos que sucedieron.

Llame al restaurante para preguntar si era necesario hacer una reserva, a lo que me dijeron que si; tras llegar, nos colocaron en una mesa del comedor. La mesa estaba a escasos 10 centímetros de la de al lado, sin nada de privacidad, doy gracias al chico que estaba al lado de que se hubiera duchado ese día.

Tardaron en atendernos 40 minutos, y ni siquiera nos explicaron cómo funcionaba el método de pedir. Si traes un Qr a la mesa y no me explicas nada, que sé yo si es la carta o por donde tengo que pedir, vamos, que tiene que pedir mi abuela y sigue allí intentándolo.

Además, de que la comida parecía que venía de un viaje por el trasatlántico, que ya estaba fría.

Por no mencionar las discusiones que se escuchaban en cocina, no he visto cosa más parecida a caso cerrado. La verdad incomoda cenar y como un trabajador insulta a otro.
