U believably great meal. Entire team was super welcoming and hospitable. We showed up at peak time and had to wait for a table outside at a tiny counter. Thank god we actually waited, which is rare for us. Within 5-10 min, a table opened up and we sat at the bar… which made the experience so much more enjoyable. The Albariño was fabulous, and then we asked about their sherry…. Our host gave me a tasting of various “drynesses” without even asking. I picked my favorite and then I was on my way! My wife’s sangria was fabulous. The food….

How to describe… sublime. We had the tuna tartare, and it is out of this world. The beef carpaccio was amazing. The stuffed pepper was honestly our favorite. Amazing combination of flavors. And several more I can’t even spend time commenting on…. Then the dessert…. A pair of “eggs” made of white chocolate for the shells, pana cotta for the whites, and mango cream for the yolks. All on a “nest” of cocoa powder and “straw”. Simply amazing. All concocted by two amazing chefs in a tight small corner kitchen. They were super friendly, hilarious, and welcoming. To finish it off, we got to sample some orange wine, which was the perfect end to a perfect meal…. I wish we had places like this in America. Please go there. Really disappointed with the experience here. Came here for our anniversary dinner on holiday due to exceptional reviews on google. The kitchen forgot our order and we were sat without food for over an hour 15 mins. We noticed people who arrived far later than us receiving food we ordered way before them. It took us asking the waiter 3 times for him to realise that they didn’t put it through (even though we told him it was our anniversary). The food we got was ok at best, definitely have had better at local tapas restaurants. The waiter pressured us to order sardines on toast, which was literally as you would expect. The tuna was great (but took 2 hours to come) and we ordered 3 other tapas which were seriously average. When we complained at the end, the manager (who didn’t speak any English) angrily reacted at our request for a discount and continued to scold me until she finally called over the English speaking waiter who eventually offered us two shots instead of a discount. All round not a worthwhile experience. Would highly recommend seeking a local tapas restaurant instead of a place like this where the service is poor and the food doesn’t...
