Unfortunately, we didn't like the food. We ordered 4 medium rare steaks, 2 of them were medium rare and the other 2 were more rare which me and my husband highly dislike. The bigger issue was that on the steak there is some black salt (very expensive and less salty they said) which was actually verryyyyyy salty. We had to try to split the salt from the steak. We have ordered also lobster rice. Even tho it is probably common for Spain that for rice/paella, the price is per person, it would be nice to be mentioned into the menu. It wasn't mentioned and we paid almost 50 euros for this rice considering we took also steaks for each person. It wouldn't have been an issue if would've been tasty but it was THAT SALTY, we couldn't eat. It was a large 2 people portion because we split to all the 4 persons we've been at the table but neither of us was able to eat it. The fries and the sos which came with the steak were delicious. The waiter was so intensely focused on his phone that every table had to get up to get his attention. After 15 minutes we finally flagged him down for a cocktail. When he was paying attention he was good at his job but he was obviously distracted talking to a friend, who later showed up. And they left together on a scooter after closing. We ordered the entrecote titaki rare, knowing that we could make it medium rare in the skillet. But....... it was served without the skillet. So, we had to wait another 15 minutes for that to arrive. Read morePÉSIMA ATENCIÓN Y NULO RESPETO AL CLIENTE Reservé por una aplicación con varios días de antelación pidiendo pan sin gluten si fuera posible. Nos desplazamos en coche hasta el restaurante. Aparcamos y volvemos a abrir la aplicación para localizar la dirección exacta. En ese momento nos damos cuenta que nos han cancelado la reserva y ni nos han llamado. Llegamos al restaurante y pedimos explicación de la anulación. Nos dicen que no trabajan pan sin gluten y se les comenta que podían haber llamado antes de cancelar e informar del asunto por si queríamos ir a pesar de no tener pan sin gluten. Una falta de respeto total. Reservas y te cancelan sin preguntar. Te desplazas invirtiendo tiempo y dinero para nada. Les comenté que haría una mala valoración y me amenazaron con que emprenderían acciones legales. Eso se llama coacción. Después se ofrecieron a atendernos. Evidentemente uno no se queda en un sitio donde le amenazan. Si ese es el respeto por los clientes no me quiero imaginar cómo les dan de comer y con qué materia priman trabajan. MI RECOMENDACIÓN: NI IR NI PASAR POR LA PUERTA.
POOR ATTENTION AND NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER I booked using an app several days in advance asking for gluten free bread if possible. We drove to the restaurant. We parked and opened the application to see the exact location. At that moment we realized that they had canceled our reservation and they didn’t call us. We arrived at the restaurant and asked for an explanation of the cancellation. They told us that they hadn´t gluten-free bread and we told them that they could have called before canceling and reported the matter in case we wanted to go despite not having gluten-free bread. A total lack of respect. Your book and then cancel without notice.You move investing time and money for nothing. I told them that I would give a bad review and I was threatened with legal actions. This is called coercion. Then they offered to attend us. Obviously you don't stay in a place where they threaten you and i recommend people not to go to places where they treat customers so badly.
