Amorino Gelato - Sevilla Catedral — Restaurant in Seville

I ordered a waffle with dulce de leche, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. The waffle was crunchy but airy and fairly unsweetened which I really enjoyed. The whipped cream also didn’t have a lot of flavour, so if the toppings you’re getting are quite sweet that’s good. The dulce the leche honestly was okay. It wasn’t bad but it didn’t really taste like dulce the leche, but rather like a faint caramel. The good thing is that wasn’t too sweet but sweet enough to bring to life the waffle and whipped cream. The disappointment was found in the vanilla ice cream. I was quite watery, maybe even a bit grainy, and didn’t taste good. Every time I took a bite I kept thinking of chemicals. I also tried the dulce de leche ice cream and that one was way better but not good enough...

Good location The ice cream is also good but definitely on the high price side for Seville standard. There's too much whipped cream (overflowing out of the cup) and too little coffee in the espresso frappe. Staff is unfriendly and chit chat too much with each other as well as with random customers. Meanwhile there are many dirty tables and trash on the floor that should be cleaned. The mess attracts lots of flies. I came in a few weeks ago and one female staff, who's able to speak French, was so grumpy during that hour that she aggressively slammed my frappe on the counter and it spilled a lot. Amorino Avda Constitucion día 26 diciembre a las 15:30: Como empezar esta reseña...lo intentaré, voy el lunes día 26 de diciembre a las 15:30 horas aprox, con mi familia entre ellos mi sobrino pequeño...y hay tres personas atendiendo. Una mujer que cobra en la caja( muy amable y encantadora) y sirviendo helados a un hombre maduro y una chica muy joven. Una vez que pagamos vamos a pedir el helado que queríamos. Cuál es mi sorpresa al escuchar como mientras servían los helados este empleado ( x no llamarle otra cosa) le dice una serie de lindeces a su compañera que rompe toda educación, empatía y respeto. Era evidente que era el primer día de trabajo de esa chica joven y obviamente estaba aprendiendo. El no paraba d hablarle mal, no solo en el tono sino en las formas, lo hacía delante de todos los clientes. La chica no le contestó, porque se veía q tenía más educación que él, imagino que este hombre estaba de responsable de la heladería. Estuve a punto de ponerle una reclamación pq sinceramente...me hizo sentir muy mal por el trato que tuvo con su compañera. Si una persona está empezando en su trabajo es normal que cometa errores y tenga que ir mejorando. Lo triste es que sea este individuo el que tenga que enseñarle, pq lo que hbria q enseñarle es EDUCACIÓN y RESPETO a él. Y lo más gracioso es que hasta mi sobrino pequeño al irnos me comentó lo mal q trataba ese hombre a su compañera. La chica fue encantadora en todo momento, nos puso el helado perfectamente, de hecho no tengo qeja con el helado en sí, pero solo por no coincidir con ese individuo tan mal educado no volveremos a pedir helado en Amorino d la avenida de la Constitución. Sinceramente...no comprendo como en la época en la que estamos se permite que haya trabajadores que traten tan mal a sus compañeros y encima delante de los clientes. Ni delante ni detrás, hay que ser respetuosos . Espero que algún día le den un toque de atención a...
