Dculto Restaurante Bar — Restaurant in Seville

We a group of 7 went yesterday on the 28th July 2025 for dinner. We are visiting Seville and are staying walking distance from the resturant. We had lot of expectations reading the reviews and had seen the place 2 days earlier walking by in the neighborhood. The ambience and service was great like a good high end fine dinning resturant. But the main thing which was not good was the food. The server was very helpful in explaining the menu and gave each order time. We ordered for 5 fish dishes, 1 prawn starter, for the veg there is only the side dishes so ordered wok veggies for 1 veg person. After we started having our wine and the prawn starter, the server informs us that the fish is finished. What a bummer This should have been told to us when we had ordered so we could decide if we wanted to continue our dinner there or not. It was already around 11pm. We had to change our dishes and most of us were fish eaters not meat eaters. We changed our dishes to grilled prawns, calamar, tuna. The grilled prawns had an overload of salt sprinkled on the top. The calamari was barely grilled, the wok veggies (2 plates) were overload of salt, sadly everything was not edible except the prawn starters salad which we shared amongst 5 people. So For dinner we ended up having bread, olive oil, butter, wine n prawn salad. And paid whooping amount of 215€. This was not expected out of a fine dining resturant. Even when we said the prawns n veggie shave overload of salt he said yes that’s how it is in this resturant. I will have to take double dose of my hypertension medicines after this high cost dinner with no food n only salt. Word of advice better to ask them which dishes are available first before ordering n sitting down. Not a...

Un sitio que, según mi criterio, ya no hace honor a su nombre y, además empieza a no ser recomendable. Somos clientes relativamente asiduos y tengo que decir que esta noche ha sido un desastre. No me ha sorprendido, en este perfil de restaurante de moda era previsible y yo ya lo estaba viendo venir. El vino blanco, nuevamente, como en anteriores ocasiones, siguen sin servirlo frío y la explicación del camarero es que la cámara frigorífica no da de sí porque hay muchas botellas y hace mucha calor, es decir, "es lo que hay" y que lo siente mucho. Tuvo el detalle, eso sí, de enfriar la copa, pero el vino evidentemente, como ya he señalado, no estaba frío. En lo respecta a la pavía de bacalao, la primera venía cruda, nos la retiraron y como en la cocina debieron contrariarse por "haberla echado para atrás", nos la trajeron demasiado frita, con el rebozado duro, vaya, mas bien "churruscado", lamentablemente. Volvieron a retirarla y a la "tercera fue a la vencida", aunque no era nada del otro mundo. Pasando a otro plato, la media de croquetas de carabineros, nos sorprendió al principio que vinieran 6, es decir, más cantidad y además de mayor tamaño que las que ponían antes....pero al mismo precio (?!): ¿dónde estaba "el truco"? Pues que la calidad ha bajado notablemente y, además, venían templadas, casi frías.....impresentable. Por deferencia al camarero que nos atendía, y "frenado" por mi mujer mi hija, lo dejé estar y no pedí que las retiraran. Pasamos al mínimollete de parpatana de atún, huevo de codorniz, jamón y pimiento, que estaba bueno, pero ahora el pan venía demasiado tostado, duro. La ensaladilla al menos sigue estando riquísima, algo es algo. Otro detalle muy negativo fue el precio de la botella de agua, 4,5 €. En cuanto al ambiente, a ver, hay que irse a las 20.30 para encontrar una mesa dentro, delante de la barra, y a esa hora, la verdad, va a ser que no hay hambre. En definitiva, sitio de moda que ya está viniendo a menos y cuyo personal a veces transmite una contrariedad que a mí me incomoda, porque la profesionalidad hay que demostrarla siempre, y no dando la falsa sensacion de estar desbordado y lo que es peor, con una manifiesta y flagrante falta de entendimiento o comunicación entre ellos, con la barra, con la cocina y/o con las mesas. Y esto no se arregla con una simple disculpa. Por último, y como rs logico, sigue siendo caro, pero ya no compensa. Definitivamente, no volveremos. No mereció la pena ni hablar con el encargado. ¡Será por sitios buenos para...

The atmosphere was kind of weird with the staff from the start. No one spoke english, and the waiter that served us was visibly annoyed that we don't speak spanish. After realising that he doesn't know a word of english we politely tried our best to speak a little spanish that we know ("mesa para dos por favor?" and ordered our food in spanish as well) while he rolled his eyes. We felt silly for being the guests of the restaurant during our whole dinner. At the end, we ordered "Tarta de queso" (cheesecake) for desert and literally got a block of cheese. With poor reluctant service, small portions, and overall bad vibe amongst really loud waiters, we wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Frankly, it's not deserving of a high rating it...
