Donaire House Bar — Restaurant in Seville

The food was tasty! A few plates was enough to feed my whole family. Try the cured Iberica Ham on top of the artichokes.... so good! The cheese with fig was hot and delicious and the pork loin was cooked well and lightly seasoned. Meatballs were by far the best, succulent and delicious!

Brownie dessert tasted closer to a cake than a proper brownie but was SO GOOD. Had it with my nighttime espresso and it was so well balanced. Sangria was tasty and the person at my table said their espresso martini was good, if a bit sweeter than their own particular taste. Found a table outside for my family of four at 2100, and got quick service (up until we asked for the check, but we're also American so we're used to it coming speedily).

Worst place I’ve been to yet in Spain. Go here if you literally can’t walk any further and need to sit down outside for a drink. Do not eat here.

Our table of three ordered multiple tapas and everything tasted like it was leftover and microwaved. The meatballs and pork cheeks had the same sauce and soggy French Fries. The squid was so fishy and not fresh. The service is the worst I’ve experienced yet. Forgot a cocktail after multiple reminders. It came at the very end of the meal and was mediocre/overly sweet at best.

They even charged 1 euro for ketchup lol and 1 euro for the typically free single piece of bread that we didn’t even eat. The waiter was like “it is what it is”. What a day to ruin a day in...

My friend & I stumbled across this restaurant whilst out for a wander. I am always looking at google reviews as I am a real food & wine lover and don’t want the mistake of going somewhere that is either a tourist trap or not going to have the quality of food that I want. Despite the fact that this restaurant had a 4.0 rating, which is lower than I would usually go to, it had a very pretty look to it and a nice feel.
