My wife and I went into this pizzeria and pointed at the pizza we wanted in the window. The girl at the counter clearly confirmed the pizza, she even touched it with her utensil. We trusted her so we ordered a large, whole pizza. 20 Euros.
We get back to our hotel (across the street) and we were given the WRONG PIZZA. It is NOT what we ordered. It has no tomato sauce and all different ingredients.
We go back to the restaurant 5 minutes later. We explained what happened, and the owner "acts" like he is sorry. He was so fake. He did not care.
We asked him to make HALF the pizza we ordered. We said we would take just HALF our pizza, since there was a "miscommunication," even though there was not. We were just trying to avoid confrontation. They made the mistake. We should not have been that nice.
The shop owner had the audacity to charge us AGAIN, full price, for the HALF pizza, 11 euros MORE. So we paid 31 EUROS FOR A HALF PIZZA. Because of their mistake.
I don't care what culture you are from, what language you speak, it is the most basic human behavior to show understanding. The business owner showed NO COMPASSION, he only cares about his profits. He is just greedy.
Absolutely horrible experience. Also, you RUINED our last night in Sevilla, and you treat tourists like dirt.
Please avoid this place.
The pizza dough was almost raw. I'm sure you know how to cook a pizza, but you did not want to use your oven long enough to take care of your customers, so you could cook more pizzas and make more money....
Read moreI have eaten a lot of pizza from around the world, and this might be the worst I have had unfortunately. Maybe just an off day for this place given that it is very highly rated? It's not that it tasted bad, but lacked any flavour and the dough had a strange texture, and it was served just above room temperature despite being placed in their oven before serving. Maybe it just needed some more time in oven? The staff were very nice though, and...
Read moreWe stumbled upon thia delightful little gem after an afternoon pub crawl in the city - and what a welcome stop it was. Delicious food, a warm Neopolitan welcome from Agostino (including a sweet dessert on the house) and reasonable prices. A trio of moreish pizzetes and a chilled Peroni each for €8. Encouraging to see the waiter from the bar we'd just left, obviously a regular visitor, tucking into the many pizza slices on offer. Grazie...
