You definitely want to put this place on the short list of places to eat in Seville! I just finished a week in the city and went to eat here at least 3 times. The food is great, the drinks are cheap (a pitcher of sangria for $12...easily enough for four people), and there's the one super-hot waiter. You'll absolutely know him when you see him, and it's to my discredit that I was busy staring at him as opposed to nametag, or I'd tell you who is he.

There are a lot of tasty treats on this menu, and you can get a tapas version of almost everything on the menu. Since it's Spain, you can basically hold down a table for hours...HOURS...sipping inexpensive beverages and tasting any menu. This is a great people-watching spot, they never rush you, and the waitstaff is very patient with your bad Spanish.

It's worth saying that while there are tasty cheap treats on the tapas menu, you should consider going INSIDE to sit just once so you can get the benefit of the meal deal. You get a two course meal, a beer, dessert, and coffee for only $14.90. The only downside is that you have to sit INSIDE, when the whole Spanish vibe is to sit outside.

Outside of the hot waiter (seriously, tourists at nearby tables were taking pictures with him), there's a young lady that wears glasses who is super-efficient at what she does. Again, I was too busy staring at the hot waiter to catch the name of the young lady with glasses, but if there are only two people whose station you sit in when you visit this place, pick the girl with glasses...OR THE...

TOURIST TRAP! DO NOT STOP HERE! RUN AWAY!

Everything was terrible. Not a single thing was ok.

The operating table lighting inside, the wobbly table, the menu presentation, the cheap cutlery, the cheap plates, the glasses, the unprofessional service.

The Tinto de verano tasted like there is something wrong in it but you can't tell what.

The Croquetas were so tiny, overcooked and oozing fat!

Frito misto, the same story. No taste and the fish was not cleaned of all its bones.

Paella had a weird glowing orange color, texture of the sauce was like juice and it tasted only salt. The seafood in it was so small and overcooked.

After the first bite of Paella we decided to pay and leave.

We paid almost 60 euros for 2.

I feel fooled and frustrated! Is that what we are expecting to feel out of a restaurant????

If you don't like what you are making then do something else! Let it to people who know how and are...

The thing is...... that I went to a total of 5-6 restaurants at 4 p.m. and NONE of them had paella (some were even closing their kitchens) which makes no sense in such a touristy and important city as Seville. I stopped by this street to see if they finally had paella, and it was a total SUCCESS!!!

José was a very honest and charismatic waiter and he recommended me "Mixed Paella" such a good recommendation!!!! It was delicious and for my whole surprise It came quicker than I espected. Food was tasty, perhaps the russian salad was a lil bit more than sour than usual, Paella really worth it!!!

Would like to thank José, bc helped me, I was really craving for paella since weeks and finally I had some!!!! ...

This year I had the opportunity to visit Sevilla, an absolutely stunning city. Sure, it was pretty hot during the summer, but after spending an entire day walking around the Real Alcázar all I wanted was something to eat. As I walked through the charming and narrow streets of the historic center, I decided to stop by El Rincón de Kevin, motivated by its Andalusian menu and its beautiful terrace. I had a delightful salmorejo, which is basically a soup very typical and this region. Cold and refreshing, full of flavor, it was exactly what I needed in that warm evening. I also had a few tapas. I enjoyed my dinner, and I was also delighted by a live music performance which unfolded right next to my table.

Absolutely amazing food and price! At first, the place looked a little bit sketchy and not really good when we were walking through the street but we decided to eat there anyway. The waiter was incredibly friendly and the chef really quick! We ordered the vegetarian paella and were starstruck at the quality! The price was absolutely fair for the value of food, we even had to take some of it to take back home. The menu had mostly classical Spanish dishes and all of it looked authentic and well-prepared. We were there in the late afternoon, so not many people were eating yet but there was still a street-guitarist who made the atmosphere magical. In the end, almost all tables were full :-)
