Handmade Avarcas and Espadrilles — Local services in Seville

Changing my review from 5 star to one due to the way i received my shoes . Save your time and try to get shoes either in store or just go somewhere else . They sent shoes all way from Spain to US with FEDEx in bubblewrap !!??? And they are trying to tell me that they were trying to save ME money on costumes ??? After paying more than 200USD for shoes ,they think i care more about costumes than getting my shoes in perfect shape !!?

If my intentions are to get $$ out of this situation ,I would have accepted your refund offer that you sent me on whatsapp in exchange to update my review back to 5 stars .

Ladies in your store were great and I do not have anything against them . .............. Original review below : Nice ladies and excellent customer service .. Picked a shoe and chose a custome that was not going to be ready and they helped me set a freeshipping to US.

Special thanks to Sylvia (i believe this was her name ) she helped my sis picking up her shoes and custom the design for her and helped me later on too with my shoes . Alejandra was more than nice and helped me set up shipping to my home in US .

I went to Sevilla only for one day. I was walking on the streets and I saw this store with this beautiful shoes. I went inside only to see it and no to buy something but how you can't buy when the STAFF is like these girls?? Seriously now you are very lucky having these girls there especially Alejandra Murillo!! Omg so sweet, so amazing person and so professional. She understood exactly what I wanted and I told her that I will be only for one day in Sevilla so she tried her best and she made my adorable espadrilles the same day with all her good energy and her love. I appreciate it a lot. I am in love with my new shoes and I can't wait to wear them in the Greek Island that I live. I attended the store today for an Espadrille making workshop; what an absolutely brilliant way to spend a couple of hours. I was a bit nervous booking the experience as a solo traveller, but I needn't have been, Ale & the team were so warm, friendly and welcoming, they made me feel included throughout.

As part of the workshop, you get a history of the espadrille which was really interesting, before getting to pick your soles & materials to personalise your shoe. Ale was very knowledgeable and supportive, helping me to achieve the design I had picked. So pleased with the results, would recommend this...
