Hidden in the heart of Seville, IKI offers a true fine dining experience that blends the precision of Japanese cuisine.
From the first bite — oysters layered with citrus, roe, and radish — to the silky tuna sashimi, every course was a masterclass in balance and restraint. This isn’t just Japanese food — it’s a thoughtfully composed journey.
The setting is intimate and modern, providing the calm needed to fully enjoy each flavor. In a city known for tapas, IKI stands out as a refined oasis for those seeking something quieter, more refined, and deeply satisfying.

Read moreDuring our stay in Sevilla, we had the pleasure of dining at Iki, and it turned out to be the most delicious meal of our entire trip. Even though it’s not traditional Spanish cuisine, it stood out for its exceptional quality and unforgettable flavors. We’re still dreaming about the miso soup and the butterfish, those flavors will stay with us long after we're back in Germany. The dishes were beautifully prepared, perfectly balanced, and full of depth. If you're in Sevilla and open to a culinary experience beyond tapas, Iki is an absolute must. We can't wait to...

I would really work on this, because good food can be found in several places. Kindness and hospitality...
