Patio San Eloy - San Fernando — Restaurant in Seville

It was terrible to come here. I ordered Casera de Limon and they tried to give me something else. They tried to convince me that Casera is a generic name, but I am not stupid. They were not polite, the place is dirty, the bathroom is filthy. In the past I also went to Patio San Eloy in Calle San Jacinto. They were also so brutal, only because of the fact that I am a foreigner. I ordered small beers, but later they said I ordered big ones, so they want me to pay more. I paid more, so I put a cross over the name Patio San Eloy in Calle San Jacinto. Now I put also a cross over the name of Patio San Eloy in common. The worst service experience ever!

We had dirty glasses (two of them) and we realised the glasses were dirty after pouring our drinks. There were black things floating inside the glasses.

I showed it to the waiter but he doubted about it.

Half of the menu was not available and, and we decided to walk out straight away.

We decided to not get the drinks anymore but they said we had to pay for them anyway.

They sent our dirty drinks to another table. ¡Sin vergüenza!

We had to pay for a drink that we didn't drink (not our fault).

el servicio camarero horrible. llegamos 2 amigas a las 22:30 pregunté lo primero, si seguían abiertos y si servían aún. Sin problema digo el camarero de la barra. para ir más rápido le pedí 4 montaditos y 1 tarta vegetal. Sin problema ahora mi compañero toma nota. ahh de acuerdo. El compañero ni acercarse daba vueltas hasta q llevó cuenta a otra mesa del patio de 2 señoras. Por más q intenté nada, por fin cuando llega pedimos 2 bebidas y dijo q luego tomaba nota de comida. Ahora cuando llega dice que la plancha está estropeada y que solo hay lo de la vitrina frío. indique que el compañero de la barra que está allí nos dijo que sin problema ninguno para el montaditos era insistía y yo insistía que preguntase él seguía insistiendo y yo es lo mismo tras unos minutos preguntó tardó unos cuantos minutos más y volvió sin ganas tomó nota insistiendo en que dudaba que funcionase. comimos rápida pues empezó a cerrar el toldo no eran aún las 23:30 pedimos la cuenta y cuando salimos en la calle había cuatro mesas (cuando entramos ninguna mesa fuera solo una comiendo y por eso creí q cerraban)pidiendo para comer y le dije que si yo iba con prisas me podía haber avisado solo se rió estaba limpiando ya todo hacia fuera vamos que estaba echándonos y a un señor que quiso entrar de los que estaban fuera sentados para el baño n lo dejó. no me extraña que se pidan camareros que aunque no vaya a ser tu vida pero al menos es algo profesional un poco de ganas puesto que para eso nos pagan y si no quieres trabajar lo dejas el servicio cada vez peor y mientras más jóvenes por desgracia peores aunque por suerte tampoco son todos así pero...
