There are two entrances to this brunch stop, which means that unless the staff are observant (which they seemed too busy to do), the people queuing are sometimes trumped by walk-ins sitting on a recently vacated table. We waited about 10 minutes for table just before midday, having lost one to a said walk-in. Once seated we appeared to be forgotten by the serving staff due to the busyness of the place. There seemed to be little order or efficiency amongst the staff. After about 15 minutes (in which we’d tried to get the attention of staff) I went to the counter to ask someone to take our order. He promptly vanished. A blonde lady then came over shortly afterwards to take our order, I believed her to be the manager / owner due to her dress. The food arrived shortly afterwards and was presented beautifully. We had a Moyito Cheddar, Avocado Toast and shared a Yoghurt. The egg in the Moyito Cheddar was a little pale / grey in places, I’m not sure they were free range eggs (the menu doesn’t specify). I had a Nutella latte, which was tasty and my friend had a Girl Go Wild smoothie which she said was good. I went to the counter to pay, to save waiting for staff to appear. It was more pricey than similar establishments, but still affordable. Wouldn’t return on the basis of the service, the food was nice, but the disorganisation really let it down.

Very disappointing experience to be honest. I have an impression of this brunch place as "Beautiful cover, Poor inside". Fresh orange juice I ordered, was spoiled, what means they had left overs from other day and give them to customers later as "fresh", this time perhaps it was left over night not in the fridge. Detox Smoothie bowl, said its a mousse of wild berries with Kiwi, banana and granola. Fruits on the top were very delicious, granola was nice too, mousse unfortunately was not good at all, it had no taste and the worst thing that it was completely frozen, so it had this frozen water like in a cheap ice cream. In case it has to be an ice cream, then just write it down, but serve it with better quality please, or if it should be mousse, don't froze it. Coffee was very good though. Water they serve in glass bottles so it looks expensive. Atmosphere in restaurant itself is nice, so as decoration gives you an impression of a healthy food with care of cooking, but in fact its not what it is after all.

Visited here on 27/05/23. It’s is definitely one of those places that looks pretty but has poor food. An Instagrammable place is all. The restaurant is quite small and seating is quite cramped. We were seated infront of a few girls who kept elbowing into us and when told that they were doing so, was of no help either. Ruined the experience. Food took almost an hour to arrive and no updates on it either. Not something you want to waste doing on holiday, waiting so long for food. I ordered the scrambled egg waffle, which ended up having bits of cracked egg shell in and when the waitress was told, she just said she would tell the cook. There was an obvious language barrier but any sort of complimentary item or money off would have sufficed to make it worth not finishing the food because of it. My friend got the toasted salmon. Both foods were bland and poor, they just looked pretty.

This comes from the server with 8 years of experience. We came in, and they sat us down. 20 minutes later, they took our order. I love to give staff benefit of the doubt, as I've been very busy before, when serving, but our server was on his phone. I'd love to think that it's the fault of inadequate scheduling of the staff. At the end, we asked for a check, got it in 15 minutes, and then got the check with someone else's items on it added. I pointed it out to them since we still had all the dishes we ordered on the table (half of it wasn't ours!), and the server mumbled, "That's what happens when customers change seats." We never switched, sat the whole time exactly where they seated us. It took another 10 minutes to fix our check and pay. We spent 2 hours in there, while only 10 of it we spent eating. There mocha coffee had no chocolate in it, so just order cappuccino. There was only one server left for the whole restaurant in the end, and I felt terrible for him. So, hopefully, the owners will give them...
