We arrived in Seville today and found Restaurant Savalas to be open until 5pm. We arrived at 4pm and even though most diners were finishing or leaving the staff made us feel very welcome.
The interior has a cool and airy atmosphere despite the city heat, furnished in classic Andalusian marble floor and ceramic wall tiles.
The quality of tapas and main plates were very good with a wide variety of fish meat and vegetable dishes.
We sat at the bar and chatted to the waiter who was very friendly. We would highly recommend this for lunch and although we had not tried evening dining I would guess it would also be of a high standard from looking at the menu.
Thanks again for a perfect late lunch and welcome to Sevilla...

Disappointing as we were looking forward for a few tapas of special kind and ended up eating a regular burger. They were trying to say to order a regular plate and lucky I said no as the plates...
