VIPS — Restaurant in Seville

The menu has gluten free options, which is why we ate here as my girlfriend has celiac disease (gluten intolerance). However, we were very dissatisfied with our meals. Firstly, our Lipton Ice Tea’s were flat without fizz. The difference with water was minimal. I ordered the “VIPS Wellington” and my girlfriend had the “BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger sin Gluten”. The food took long to arrive, so I suppose it was long in the oven. But nothing was further from the truth as our food was still cold. Only the meat had a temperature that was acceptable. The potato mash was cold and it looked like it was already pre-chewed. The vegetables tasted like wet cardboard and looked like it came from a Playmobil set. The same was true for my girlfriends meal. A bad experience overall. If you are not yet inside VIPS, make the right decision to go to the McDonald’s next to it. It also has gluten...

Do not waste your time coming here. I have come here twice now and it has been a nightmare both times. The first time we came with a group of 7 and 4 of us didn’t receive our food until an hour after the rest of the group, despite all ordering together. The server was nowhere to be found the entire time. We then had to beg to pay and leave. This time, it is just 2 of us and we waited 15 minutes for our drinks, waited 55 minutes for pancakes and I did not receive my crispy chicken sandwich until 30 minutes after my friend got her pancakes. AND both foods were ice cold. Mind you, we are 1 of 2 tables in the entire restaurant. Further, there was a bug in the strawberries for the pancakes. Racist waiter !!!!!! I went there to have dinner and I kept waiting in front of the restaurant for 20 minutes waiting the waiter to come and sit me because you can’t walk and sit, when she came she was speaking Spanish, I told her I don’t speak Spanish and she kept talking Spanish without showing any respect to me. My friend translated for me and she was telling me that we should stay outdoors because we are only 2 people and there is no empty space inside and the place was empty. Also, the AC wasn’t working.
