I had a terrible experience in this restaurant on New Year’s Day, and it’s not the first time I’ve experienced bad service there. We sat down at 1:00, ordered off the Christmas menu which was €24-€30 depending on what you order and didn’t include drinks. It took an hour for the first course to arrive, during which time we asked for some bread which never arrived. Every table was waiting this long for their food. It took another hour for the main course to arrive, which was not worth the wait at all, very small plates of dry chicken and salmon. Between the first and second course we asked for a drink 3 times, they never arrived. We didn’t end up ordering the coffee or desert that was included in the menu because we didn’t want to wait any longer. The waiter also dropped a dog bowl of water next to me and it went all over my trousers. I didn’t get offered any kind of compensation for this. We asked for the price to be discounted at the end of the meal and they took the drinks off the bill but we still ended up paying almost €60 and spent two and a half hours of my day waiting for a meal that was nowhere near worth it. This time and the last time I went here the staff were shouting at each other and it wasn’t a very pleasant environment. I wouldn’t advise anyone...

Called in here last week with my husband. I ordered a bikini (ham and cheese toasties, which I love in Spain!). My husband ordered a breakfast which should have consisted of bacon, sausages, fried eggs, and toast.
He asked if he could have his eggs scrambled instead of fried - there was a little bit of language barriers on both sides here, but when the waitress understood she said no, it was not possible to be scrambled. My husband then just wanted the breakfast without so he asked for it "sin huevos".
What arrived was my bikini and a bikini for him also. He wouldn't complain at that point as he was hungry. So we ate our bikinis. Dry with no sauce or butter and 1 slice of ham.
This was disappointing but OK.
It was when my husband went to pay the bill, there was a charge for 2 bikinis and the breakfast that he didn't receive. When he appealed this, several staff surrounded him and started shouting at him, saying that we got what we ordered. This was simply not true.
At the end of it all we left with dry food, that we didn't want, my husband embarrassed and insulted by the staff. I highly DO NOT recommend going...
