Restaurante KFC — Restaurant in Tarragona

I hate to give this place 2 stars, but there are several things that need to be improved.

First, the toilets weren’t clean, the doors on the stalls were missing locks in the case of the mens room and in the ladies room there was a huge line because the stall wouldn’t open. The “special needs” toilet had no working lock, so one could be on toilet and interrupted very easily by someone not knowing it was occupied.

Secondly, the available tables were dirty. We had to ask for one of the staff to come and clean ours. They were very nice and complied without problem, but we’d taken them away from their job in the kitchen.

Thirdly, the ice cream machine wasn’t working. We were told it’d take 10 minutes to cool down, after that time had passed they upped the wait to 4 hours. The staff offered coffee or yogurt to those of us who’d ordered ice cream. Once again, the staff was friendly. They’re not the problem.

Last but not least, there’s a survey you can fill out with the promise of a free product. As it turns out, this was misleading. After I completed the survey, I was told that I had to spend 1€ and they’d give me an ice cream to go along with it. Glad I decided not to buy something else because as you already know, the ice cream machine wasn’t working. I won’t be filling out any more surveys for a while.

Once again, the staff seemed nice, but either they’re too few of them (it didn’t seem so) or they’re extremely overwhelmed and/or unorganized. Too bad, because we’re regular...

What a bad service! Ordered the food at the terminal, was working OK bur forgot to choose the sauce, therefore stayed at the cashier for around 15 minutes without any attention. They are completely lost and not organized. When i got my food, after 20min, complained and requested my sauce. They gave me 5 sauce, i dropped 5€ and walked away, not that i am in due for anything to KFC. Missing cheese sticks/coins🤦‍♂️ But worst service ever, completely unorganised and total unfriendly and bad...

Si buscas un lugar para comer rápido y disfrutar de un buen pollo, KFC es una excelente opción. En este restaurante en particular, destaca la eficiencia y rapidez del personal. Puedes pedir desde la pantalla, desde el mostrador o desde el coche, aunque no es posible realizar pedidos desde la app móvil de KFC, lo que puede ser un inconveniente si se quiere aprovechar algunos de los descuentos especiales.

En cuanto a la calidad de la comida, el pollo es el protagonista y no decepciona. Además, la opción de rellenar tu propia bebida es una buena ventaja que permite disfrutar de una bebida fresca y en la cantidad que se desee. El local y el baño está muy limpio, lo que es una buena señal de la atención que se presta a la higiene.

La opción de pedir un menú Double Krunch (Menú El Chollazo 4€) con otra Double Krunch (Codigo K175 2.50€) es una buena manera de ahorrar dinero y disfrutar de dos deliciosas hamburguesas, bebida y patatas por un precio muy razonable. Incluso puedes conseguir un helado gratuito escaneando el código QR en el ticket y rellenando unos datos. Aunque ultimamente pido un Menú La Sobrada que es una hamburguesa MUY buena (Adjunto imagen).

En general, si buscas una opción rápida y sabrosa para comer pollo, el restaurante KFC es una buena opción y este en particular se destaca por la eficiencia y la limpieza del local. Lo unico negativo es que en la App de...
