Awful experience. The food was actually quite nice but the service was appalling. The waiter kept forgetting our order, having to reorder the same things several times. At the end of the meal we requested the leftovers to be put in containers to take home. We told the waiter we need containers to take home and we also reminded him, while he was removing our plates, that we wanted all leftovers to be taken home . He said he would get this sorted. After waiting for 20 min we asked this same waiter to bring out the food so we could go home to which he said he would do immediately. We had to ask him 3 more times, each time he said he would look into that. The final time he sent us to speak to another waitress, that she would handle this for us. When I explained the situation to her, she went to talk to him. I don't know how the conversation went but when she came back to us she had her hand on her face full of embarrassment. She told us the waiter had thrown all the leftovers in the bin. We could understand he made a mistake but instead of facing it he dragged us along for over 45 min, each time telling us he was getting the food ready to go, and at the end he couldn't even tell us himself the food was gone. The waitress offered a partial refund, way less than the leftovers were worth, but we were tired with two little girls and just wanted to go home. Needless to say we...

We ordered two pizza’s but there only came one pizza, we waited for the second pizza but it never came. When we asked about it he lied that the oven wasn’t working but he actually just forgot. We were forced to share the first already cold pizza en then share the second pizza that came later.

The staff was not very kind or social and they just didn’t know what they were doing. We asked if there maybe could be a discount for the cold pizza but we got a slightly angry response back. We just paid the bill and we won’t ever come back.

The pizza was good but not great, the dough was too spongy and the rest is a bit too oily for my taste.

Just dubble check if he has your order right, then it should be fine if you want...

Entramos a las 14:15 y nos ponen mesa en 9 minutos (hasta ahí muy bien por tema del tiempo ya que venimos sin reserva)

A las 14:33 nos descargamos la carta para ver lo que hay avisando de que en nada lo tendríamos.

A las 14:47 nos toman el apunte de lo que queremos comer, en el cual pedimos una ración de fritura de calamares que cuesta unos 16€, y 3 pizzas en el menú de castellano, dos calzones y una de longaniza, con lo cual, al no tener todos los ingredientes en Castellano en ese menú (fallo mío por no preguntar qué es cada cosa pensando que era diferentes tipos de quesos) la pizza llevaba Brócoli y las calzones por terminar de hacer por dentro (luego explicaré más cosas sobre esto) pero si un menú está en castellano, poner todos los ingredientes en castellano y no una mezcla.

Los calamares nos sirven un plato que prácticamente eran patatas con calamares y la ración de calamares era por no decir ridícula era muy poco por el precio, realmente el precio tendría que ser menor a 10€ pero bueno.

Después se hacen las 15:33 esperando a que sirvieran la pizzas, ya que ha llegado gente más tarde y les han servido antes, el trato de los camareros deja algo que desear, ya que a nuestra mesa no se ha pasado Nadie sin que tuviéramos que avisar por si nos faltaba algo, pero a las otras mesas si que se acercaban pero a la nuestra nada. Total, avisamos a las 15:33 después de esperar casi 45 minutos y se ven que no lo tenían ni preparado y sirven la pizzas deprisa y corriendo, por eso las calzone estaban por hacer por dentro. Total, vamos a quejarnos y Simón, muy amable, le ha explicado a mi compañero y se ha disculpado. Para mí, el único que merece la pena.

Total, servicio 2 estrellas La calidad de la comida servida antes de la queja, 2 estrellas, pero la de después si que son de 5 estrellas. Los calamares, la calidad de 5 estrellas pero la cantidad de 1 estrella

Al final nos han invitado a Café y a chupitos. Pero quería comentar...
