Based on the Michelin recommendation and the service I received, I am inclined to provide a detailed review.

Firstly, the service left much to be desired. It felt rushed and somewhat pretentious. I was asked after every course how I liked it, but my responses were neither solicited nor appreciated, making the inquiry seem like a hollow formality during a ten-course meal. When I attempted to offer constructive feedback on one dish, noting that the sauce overwhelmed the fish, the staff felt compelled to correct me, insisting on the sauce's excellence. Perhaps improving their English proficiency would be beneficial if the restaurant aims to continue attracting international patrons.

Regarding the food, it was good but not exceptional. While the ingredients were of high quality, they were sometimes overshadowed by sauces or essences that dominated the main components, which, in my opinion, should not occur. For instance, fish is a premium ingredient and should not be overpowered by a green pea sauce.

In summary, the food was enjoyable but marred by the service and the choice of excessively loud music. Hopefully, this feedback will help the establishment address these issues and achieve the level of excellence befitting a...

I really wish I could give this place 5 stars but it's 4 for one reason - despite going for one of the bigger menus (60euros primavera), we felt that just wasn't enough actual food to leave you satiated. Yes, tastings in funky places generally don't stuff you with food - but usually we feel we had a good meal. Here, we were hungry again by the time we got back home. Everything else was great. The staff was very nice and attentive (and English speaking), the food is wonderful and has very nice flavours, the wine pairing worked very well. I just wish they made the last two courses (fish and meat) a tiny bit bigger, and I'd be 100% happy. They felt in size more like yet another starter / tapa - not an equivalent of a main. They have good size outside area where we could sit with our dog, which is another plus. If we come back I think we'd try the normal courses instead of the tasting menu and see if this works out better, or come for dinner instead (we normally eat light in...

This place deserves a Michelin star ASAP. From the greeting, smiles, introductions, and food— everything was nothing short of amazing.

I couldn’t help but keep commenting on how intimate and personable it felt to be dining here. It’s very obvious that the staff and the chef really take pride in their service and food.

My eyes were bigger than my stomach so we ordered too much food, but the chef was insanely accommodating and so nice about us canceling our last dish. If my stomach had more room and hadn’t been weary from traveling for a week, I would do anything to taste their beef.

Every single dish was spectacular, and the staff just make this place so much more special and unique. Make this a stop on your Valencia itinerary— hands down the best food I had...

So yummy! Great service, amazing food. We got the classic menu 35 euros per person which contains 1 appetiser, 2 starters, 1 fish main, 1 meat main and a dessert. The bread they offered at the start was home baked and it was warm and soft. The mains were the highlight! The hake was so nicely cooked and it's the first time I ate medium cooked pork and it wowed me. The starters were interesting but too much chocolate for dessert (personally)! They were observant that I didn't like the dessert and asked if I would like another! I was too full so I declined, but it was a really nice gesture! Thanks for the amazing dining experience.
