I have given one star because of a rude waiter at the restaurant. I was staying at the Turia hotel for 3 days. One evening I went to the restaurant to have dinner, I saw an empty table and sat by waiting to be served. This waiter, a middle aged man perhaps in his 60s, approached me and started shouting, the table is for 4 people, he kept on yelling, that the restaurant was full and that there was no space for me. Meanwhile there were several unreserved seats which were empty. I felt so embarrassed because there were people seated around . I was too tired to leave for another restaurant, I decided to stay because as a tenant of the hotel, I am allowed to dine in the restaurant. This man later gave me a table but removed the new cutlery and napkins on the table to serve another person. He perceived that I wasn't going to order food or buy anything. I was so surprised at this unprofessional and cold behaviour. He later came to ask what I wanted, so I asked for the menu, that was when he realised that I might be staying in the hotel. He looked embarrassed and asked what food I wanted to order. It was my second time staying at the hotel and eating at the restaurant. I will never stay at the hotel again for my next trip to Spain. I confronted the waiter about his behaviour and he never apologised. I even made a complaint to the reception and all they said to me is that, " that man is always...
