I loved it! - ¡Me ha encantado!

🇬🇧: Two days ago I went to the restaurant to have lunch and I am very happy with the experience. The two gentlemen who attended me were very friendly and kind. I ordered from the menu: a very good fresh salad, "Spaghetti de la Passione", which had cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and cured cottage cheese, an exquisite dish. The breads were very different from what I’m used to in other restaurants and they were very tasty. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect to bathe it in the pasta sauce. And finally for dessert a chocolate cake that was also very good. All of this cost approximately € 13.00. I think it is an excellent price for an Italian restaurant of such good quality. I was visiting Valencia, but I can assure you that when I return I will visit again. Totally recommendable. Thank you very much for your service.

🇪🇸: Hace dos días fui al restaurante a comer y estoy muy contenta con la experiencia. Los dos caballeros que me atendieron fueron muy amables y serviciales. Pedí de comer el menú: una ensalada fresca muy buena, unos “Spaghetti de la Passione”, que llevaba cherry tomatoes, albahaca fresca y requesón curado. Un plato exquisito. Los panes que me dieron con la comida eran muy diferentes a lo acostumbrado en otros restaurantes y estaban muy ricos. Crujientes por fuera y suaves por dentro. Perfecto para bañarlo en la salsa de la pasta. Y finalmente de postre una tarta de chocolate que también estaba muy buena. Todo esto costó aproximadamente 13,00€. Me parece un precio excelente para ser un restaurante italiano de tan buena calidad. Estaba de visita por Valencia, pero les aseguro que cuando regrese les visitaré nuevamente. Located discreetly in a corner of the enchanting El Carmen district, Pasta & Passione is a hidden gem that every pasta lover must uncover. We had the pleasure of visiting this Italian oasis for dinner, and it left an indelible mark on our taste buds!

The restaurant boasts a charming outdoor seating area, perfect for soaking in the ambiance of the district. However, with the summer heat at its peak, and we didn't have reservations, we ended up inside, basking in the comfort of air conditioning.

Now, let's talk about the highlight of the evening – the food! I couldn't resist trying the "Sacotini with Pear, Cheese, and Pistacchio," a special dish not listed on the menu. Every bite was a revelation of flavors, a true culinary masterpiece that delighted my senses.

My husband made a wise choice with the classic "Lasagna." To our surprise, it stood shoulder to shoulder with the lasagnas we've savored in Italy and Sicily, making it a rare find in Spain.

The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality added to the overall experience, making us feel like esteemed guests in their culinary haven.

Delicious pasta but a little on the skimpy side. When I eat Italian, I expect to leave the table completely stuffed but still felt hungry after my dish.

It was the daily special of truffle and parmesano. It was absolutely delicious: the pasta was fresh and perfectly cooked, the cheese wasn't overwhelming the pasta and the truffle was also perfectly balanced. Honestly, delicious.

My aunt ordered the avocado and shrimp, but was a little underwhelmed by the fact that it was just a few slices of avocado and one shrimp sitting atop the pasta. Again, it was delicious and delicate but could have had at least two shrimp.

It's definitely a pasta restaurante with the sauce and meat added as accents instead of stars of the dish.

The wine was nicely chilled, the focaccia was good and the side salad was small but we had more than enough to share between two people. The prices are a little high for what we got but it's expected in el Carme, so overall...
