For example. The chicken sandwiches always seem to be juuust undercooked. Even the breading still has a "breading" color and texture to it, and the chicken isn't really hot all the way through.

Desde el momento en que entramos, notamos una actitud desagradable por parte del personal. Nos trataron mal en repetidas ocasiones, y su falta de cortesía y amabilidad fue evidente, sobre todo por parte del encargado. No solo nos hicieron sentir incómodos, sino que también nos hablaron de manera inapropiada, lo cual es inaceptable en cualquier establecimiento.
La gota que colmó el vaso fue cuando solicitamos el libro de reclamaciones para expresar nuestras quejas y preocupaciones. A pesar de nuestra insistencia, el personal ha hecho oídos sordos y no lo han traido, lo cual refleja una clara falta de profesionalidas y respeto hacia los clientes.
Es realmente lamentable que un restaurante, que debería requerir brindar una experiencia agradable y satisfactoria, haya demostrado repetidamente una actitud tan negativa y poco profesional. La falta de atención al cliente y el trato desagradable son aspectos que no se pueden pasar por alto.
Después de esta segunda experiencia, no podemos recomendar este restaurante a otros comensales. Esperamos sinceramente que el establecimiento tome medidas para corregir su servicio al cliente y mejorar su actitud hacia los visitantes.
